Halfway to the Mark
Forget RFID. The Mark is more likely NFC (Near-field Communications). Already fully functional on pay-passes and credit cards, NFC allows a consumer to merely swipe to pay for their goods and services.
Now the three major U.S. cell providers (AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile) have just started a joint venture, which will have NFC installed on their cellphones. No more pay-passes or swiping your cards--just swipe your cell-phone. The next step is to skip the phone all-together and insert NFC chips directly in a consumer's right hand.

Update on possible Chinese attack
The Carnival Splendor is actually registered in Panama, but was, of course, carrying U.S. passengers.
According to "official" reports the "mystery missile" launch and the Carnival Splendor getting fried happened both within the same 12-hour time frame and within 150-miles of each other. This was no mere coincidence.
...And the next day China's Dagong credit rating agency downgraded U.S. bonds to an A+ rating from an AA rating. This is now China's third downgrade of U.S. debt.
...Rumors now abound that the Federal Reserve's decision to print 600 billion dollars out of thin air is being considered an attack on the Chinese economy by the Chinese government.
Mystery missile launch was a Chinese attack, say Russians
Putting aside all the "expert" opinions on the news suggesting the "mystery missile" was nothing but an aircraft's contrail or, alternatively, an "amateur rocket", a new Russian report reveals exactly what the mysterious object was: a YJ-62 subsonic anti-ship missile launched by a Chinese People's Liberation Navy Type 041 Yuan-Class submarine against United States property.
...And the property, which was attacked?
The Carnival Splendor. The ship's engine and electronics were destroyed. The Chinese missile is an anti-ship EMP-type weapon. The Chinese attack likely had three objectives:
1. A field test of the missile itself.
2. A test of the U.S. Navy's response time (which took a turtle's pace of 11 hours).
3. And a threatening message aimed at the U.S. government for its own currency devaluation programs and, of course, for the recent ship deployments near China's coast.
The timing, location, and effect fit beautifully. The missile and cruise ship were both off the California coast, ship was disabled at the right time, and the ship's disability was specifically related to an engine fire and electronics malfunction.
....No wonder the Pentagon refuses to come forward with the real story. It all makes sense now.

South America's own "EU" is about to go online
UNASUR, the Union of South American Nations, which has been in limbo since 2008, is now about to go online. UNASUR's constitution, which was signed in 2008 by all 12 nations of South America, stipulates that 9 of the 12 signatory nations must ratify the constitution via the legislatures before the constitution can go into effect.
As of today the number of ratified countries stands at 8.
The EU is online, the AU is online, and UNASUR should go online by the end of the year. Throw in the United States, Russia, China, and India and there are already 7 unions. ASEAN will soon form a union in Southeast Asia and the Middle East is on its way to a "Gulf Union". These two, plus a union in Oceania, will form 10--likely the 10 horns of Daniel/Revelation, which will be part of the final kingdom of man that will "devour the whole earth".

Dollar Collapse

U.S. Dollars in Circulation
The number of dollars in circulation is skyrocketing. The value of a dollar is falling. China and others who have a tremendous amount of U.S. Treasury Bonds are seeing the value of their investments plummet.
Problem the U.S. is in debt up to its' eyeballs. We need more cash every second to keep this debt consumed shell game moving. No one is going to buy more T-bills, at least not unless we raise the interest rate, loose our AAA rating and run down the spiral until we implode.
It is happening right before our eyes.
