I was looking back over the drought and floods of 2010 and amazed at how many countries are having food shortages. It certainly is common knowledge that food prices are going up dramatically, but it is helpful to stop and take in these headlines.

Australia (flood), Brazil, Canada, China, Europe, Niger, Russia (remember the fires)and the U.S., among others.
The world is about to hit 7 billion people and there will not be enough food. Sooner or later oil demand will dramatically out pace supply.
Revelation 6:6
Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four living creatures, saying, "A quart of wheat for a day's wages, and three quarts of barley for a day's wages, and do not damage the oil and the wine!"
2011 prediction - famine will increase, food prices will increase, oil prices will increase, natural disasters up, tensions in the Middle East will increase. If you put a frog in water and slowly turn up the heat... Each year these problems are increasing. It won't take long for this to grow into a world wide disaster.
Amazing to me that people can't see. Must be global warming or aliens or a nuclear terrorist nation simply in need of good diplomacy. Pretty soon - starvation, nuclear deployment, terrorist action, war, natural disaster will come your way.

God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”
We have gone from 1 billion people in 1804 to 7 billion later this year or next. We are told in 2200 that the population will stabilize around 10 billion, because the world cannot sustain more, not that the desire for intimacy will have diminished.
God commanded that we fill the earth. We are certainly approaching that goal. Once we complete God's first directive, He certainly will have a plan for the next step.
God is turning up the heat. The seals of Revelation will be opened, the vials poured and the trumpets sounded.
There is not much time left.
