Hezbollah, Iran, & Syria planning preemptive invasion of Northern Israel
This is the very reason why a very high-level Iranian general was in the Golan. Invasion might even be weeks away:

Could be when God "break the hammer of Elam [Iran]", could be Isaiah 17, could be Psalm 83, or any combination thereof.
The fact that such an operation would likely be controlled from within the city of Damascus itself makes the likelihood of Isaiah 17's soon fulfillment rise dramatically.
Keep in mind that most military planners now realize that Hezbollah in southern Lebanon is no Gaza. There are at least 900 bunkers & safehouses, and some 150,000 missiles and rockets. It was recently reported in the Jerusalem Post that this may be more missiles and rockets than most EU member states' arsenals combined:
