France not backing down

Apparently reports that France was reconsidering submitting a resolution to the UN Security Council to force a "two-state solution" (i.e. divide God's land) were premature.  Responding to the reports, a spokesman for the French Foreign Ministry had this to say:

"France has not given up... a Security Council resolution would be useful to give a solid basis to new negotiations."
