De Facto Naval Blockade Of The Russian Navy

Reports began circulating yesterday that Turkey had halted the passage of all Russian ships through the Bosphorus Strait.  However, one article from this morning said this was not the case.

A more recent article is suggesting a middle ground: Turkey is purposely causing major delays of the movement of Russia's Black Sea Fleet through the Strait as a warning to Russia.

The Black Sea Fleet is a major portion of the Russian Navy, and a blockade, formal, or otherwise, would be considered a very major escalation.
