Prophecy in Hollywood

I don't go to the movie theater much any more, but was there recently and the movie posters caught my eye.

God's more at work in the public square than the church is.

The earth is groaning and shouting His return.

Escape from planet earth

The Host

Oblivion

Ender's Game

Elysium

Stop and read the story lines --- intense pervasive theme of Earth's destruction.

Somehow this is connecting with the hearts of people, because this theme is paying off for the Hollywood producers.

Why does Hollywood get the genuine depth of the Holy Spirit given tension, but the church is oblivious.

Matthew 16:2-3 (NASB)

But He replied to them, “When it is evening, you say, ‘It will be fair weather, for the sky is red.’ And in the morning, ‘There will be a storm today, for the sky is red and threatening.’ Do you know how to discern the appearance of the sky, but cannot discern the signs of the times?
