Worries misguided

Certainly are lots of people running around telling us that fears and concerns are not true.

Why is there so much anxiety?  Why is there so much suspicion and mistrust?

Perhaps it all goes back to tricky dick nixon and watergate?  I think in some way that's true, but it is deeper, much deeper right now.  People are afraid.

I'm not championing the following issues as true...although I do know WW3, Economic collapse, pestilence, disaster and all of the 21 judgements of Revelation are dead ahead.

Perhaps God who put eternity in our hearts is warning.
Ecclesiastes 3:11 (NASB)
He has made everything appropriate in its time. He has also set eternity in their heart, yet so that man will not find out the work which God has done from the beginning even to the end.

We're not to worry about San Andreas, The New Madrid Fault, Fracking, War, Terrorism, The Patriot Act, The lack of border control, Big government, Globalization, all these floods, famines, drought, fires and polarization.

It's all fine...nothing to see...move along....

Of course it is widely believed that ignoring, dishonoring and rejecting God's authority won't cause any sort of trouble.
2 Peter 3:3-6 (NASB)
Know this first of all, that in the last days mockers will come with their mocking, following after their own lusts, and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all continues just as it was from the beginning of creation.” For when they maintain this, it escapes their notice that by the word of God the heavens existed long ago and the earth was formed out of water and by water, through which the world at that time was destroyed, being flooded with water.

  2. It is Normalcy Bias at its worst. People can't see because they refuse to see. Same exact issue as Germans in the early-1930s, except this time it is the entire world.

  3. The first country in Europe to default will start the ball rolling towards financial collapse (David Wilkerson).
How close we were with Greece (almost defaulted).
Rescued again with a third bailout.
For now, disaster was averted. But how long will this keep on continuing?
