Right On Cue: Quartet Set To Revive Peace Talks
The Middle East Quartet of the U.N., U.S., E.U., and Russia (Zechariah 1:18-21?) are now entering back into the fray. With the Iran deal now law, all energy and focus is being directed at the Israel/Palestine "issue".

"In the wake of rising tension and riots over the al-Aqsa mosque, as well as Abbas’s speech for the UN that he held on Wednesday, the Middle East Quartet has decided to revive the commencement of peace talks between Palestine and the Israeli occupying power.
The Quartet, consisting of the United Nations, the European Union, the United States, and Russia, has stated that the Palestinian-Israeli situation is not sustainable for any parties, and stresses the importance of both sides expressing a sincere commitment to the establishment of a two state-solution.
The most recent peace talks ended in April last year after nine months of fruitless negotiations. Now European foreign policy chief, Federica Mogherini, expresses the need for the Quartet to take concrete steps toward a solution: 'We have decided to work together … on concrete steps on the ground in the absence of the peace process in the Middle East and have decided to reutilize the Quartet’s activities', she says."

my daily bible reading devotional is called the divine mentor. it has been so timely in everything for these very times we are in----------i am in awe!!!
only God! just read zechariah 10-12 this morning and saw from those passages what i can only describe as: God brings it!
Jesus made the world tremble when He stood before the world condemned, as the the Lord of Glory. pilate was shaken, pilate's wife was shaken, the jewish people were shaken, His disciples were shaken--------the world was shaken--and witness to the Unfathomable.
jerusalem is the cup of trembling now------for such a time as this...........................(and they will look upon Him Whom they have pierced). i have been sowing in tears--------at the state of people's hearts in unbelief-----but God still has a harvest (He alone knows who these are) and the reaping will be with shouts of joy! bringing the sheaves with them right? (ps 126 also in my reading today) yep!
