Cover For Invasion?
Saudi Arabia has just announced the largest military exercise in the entire history of the Middle East, dubbed "North Thunder".
With the recent announcement by Saudi Arabia and the U.A.E. that they will be entering the fray in Syria against Russia and Iran's wishes, in addition to Turkey's artillery barrage against the Syrian Army and staging of Saudi forces in southeastern Turkey, there is now rampant speculation that North Thunder is cover for a massive air and land invasion of Syria (see here, here, and here). Turkey confirms they want to join in on the Sunni-axis - in fact there is breaking news that Turkey has already sent 100 soldiers and 12 armed trucks into Syria on Saturday, just two days ago.
Russia is warning this could spiral into World War 3.

- 450 helicopters
- 20 countries are participating - Saudi Arabia and 19 of its allies
