More on Mosul

The anticipated dam break is increasingly in the news.

The Guardian calls it Biblical.

Stunned how common this language has become.

Biblical, Apocalyptic, Snowmageddon, Droughtmageddon, Debtmageddon and on and on.

God is patient.  I continue to see great patience, urgency, warning, grace and love in each Apocalyptic event.

  1. If Baghdad is destroyed when the dam breaks, Iraq will need a new capital. I wonder if they might rebuild Babylon...

  2. Bruce, that got me to thinking... I think you might be on to something. Just found an article that confirms Baghdad could actually be hit by a 15-foot wall of water if the Mosul Dam breaks:
