For First Time, U.S. May Not Veto Palestinian Resolution Condemning Israel

The resolution in question would condemn Israel for its "West Bank" (i.e. Judea and Samaria) settlements.  And for the first time ever, the U.S. may not veto an anti-Israel, Palestinian resolution.
