Putin Resurrects The KGB

After a quarter-century hiatus, the KGB is going to be reborn - now called the 'MGB'.  In fact, under Stalin the state secret service was called the MGB before being renamed 'KGB' and Putin's new law will call it the same.

It's as though the Cold War was all for naught.
