The Biggest Lie of All

If you follow this website, you know I've written a couple of articles in the last several months pertaining to UFOs and aliens and the associated narrative, and some of the ways that narrative may come into play in the period leading up to and during the coming Tribulation. Due to that fact, the very first thing I want to say to you is this:

Don't touch that dial.

Yes, the UFO/alien thing will come into play in what I want to discuss. But this time I am taking a different tack. I want to go beyond the UFO/alien fairy tale and get to a closely related topic that is far more important, and about which far too few are saying far too little. And it is something that all believers need to get their heads screwed on straight about:

What should the biblically based stance toward the UFO/alien narrative be for every born-again believer, and how should believers be prepared to respond to and counter the growing deception that is overtaking the world as it rapidly careens toward the Big Lie that Satan is preparing to unleash on the world to prepare people for his kingdom and ultimately force them to be part of it?

Anyone who follows the news is aware that there has been a flurry of speculation recently about government disclosure in regard to unidentified anomalous (previously "aerial") phenomena (UAP), and it's got people buzzing with increasing intensity. And I certainly don't see that subsiding any time soon. On the contrary. It's hard not to pick up on the growing momentum toward so-called "disclosure" (however that may be defined), and it's causing people to give the idea of alien contact more serious thought than ever before. And as far as the revelation of alien contact to the public is concerned...

It is clearly no longer a matter of if

it is a matter of when, how, and why.

I believe the when and how parts are still open to some degree of speculation at this point (although I will have a few comments to share about the when part later). But after doing a bit of snooping around behind enemy lines, so to speak, I have become fully convinced of the why part, which is the key that unlocks the true nature and the ultimate goal of Satan's end-time deception that he is planning to foist upon mankind. And I gotta give Old Scratch credit:

It's pure genius.

What I want to do in this article is discuss the nature of what I will refer to as the Big Lie, which is not exactly a Big Surprise. I'm quite sure that it's an idea you have heard people toss around before. It's just that I have become convinced beyond unconvincing that this is really IT...this is the big kahuna. This is absolutely where Satan has been planning to take the UFO/alien narrative all along, ever since someone found a pile of scraps on a sheep ranch near Roswell, New Mexico in the summer of 1947.

But beyond that, I want to talk about how we as born-again believers need to be prepared to take a firm stand on what we know to be true and why we know it's true. We need to stand on the rock of God's Word and put on our game faces. God is speaking loud and clear to many believers, and He is communicating to them one basic truth:

Willy-nilly, "go along to get along"

ain't gonna cut it anymore, folks.

It's time to get down to brass tacks.

I also want to review some of the things in God's Word we need to keep in mind in order to effectively confront and refute that Big Lie and expose it as the deception that it is in order to help strengthen the body of Christ and lead people to a saving knowledge of the gospel when the chips are down and the going gets tough. And it may be tough now, but I'm sure it will get tougher before we are taken in the Rapture. And it goes without saying, but...

It's gonna get a whole lot tougher after that.

The Big Whopper

The first thing I want to do is discuss the Big Lie, and like I said: This is not a new idea—you've all heard this one before. This fish has been flopping around out there in UFO/alien circles for many years, but I am convinced this is going to be the main attraction that will be featured in Satan's UFO/alien deception. And the Big Lie that Satan is preparing to push on mankind is this:

We haven't just been visited by an advanced

alien race before on a number of occasions—

the human species was seeded here on planet

Earth by such an advanced alien race eons ago.

We are literally their seed. We were planted here, perhaps as a biological experiment or for some other perfectly logical reasons. Don't worry...we human beings will be fed the imaginative details when the party gets started.

Actually, in a sense this is more than just Satan's Big Lie—you might say it's the Biggest Lie of All (although Satan's lie to Eve that "ye shall be as gods" would sure give it a run for the money). And our alien ancestors have been keeping an eye on their progeny for a long time and they are aware that we are on the brink of doing terrible damage to ourselves in a senseless nuclear melee.

And they have come to put a stop to it.

The basic story will be that they have been keeping an eye on events on Earth, and have been monitoring all the blustery rhetoric coming from people like Donald Trump, the leaders of the Iranian regime, Vladimir Putin, Recep Erdogan, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Benjamin Netanyahu, and others. They have watched us reach the point where we are on the brink of nuking each other, and they have come to save us from ourselves. They have come to take whatever measures are necessary to bring peace to our world. In other words:

They have come to save their Space Children.

The world will be flabbergasted. Awestruck. Mesmerized. And willing to cooperate with them...at least initially.

A scientific aside: I do know one thing, however. When Satan introduces the Big Lie, some of the happiest people in the world are going to be scientists—especially in the biological arena. Why? Simple:

It will dispense with the need to

continue coming up with creative

ways to prop up an utterly failed

and defunct theory of evolution.

Don't look now, but in reality the theory of evolution has pretty much been dead in the water for decades. Of course, you'd never know it from talking with most scientists—they just keep coming up with exotic new theories and exotic new spins on old theories in ultimately futile efforts to make the implausible aspects of evolution seem slightly less implausible. Why? Because that's literally the best they can do, and they persist in doing it for one simple reason. They only see two choices:

It's either evolution or a Creator God...

and it simply cannot be that second thing.

Period...end of story. In the minds of most scientists, it's either propping up a theory that is known to have insurmountable flaws or kowtowing to an imaginary "creator" who is little more than the stuff of Jewish myths and fodder for naive fools who know nothing of science. Let's face it: The idea that mankind was seeded here by an advanced race of extraterrestrials in the distant past (and now they're b-a-c-k) is just plain sexy. It's the coolest, most exciting idea ever, and there will be a stampede of scientists rushing to embrace it and a flurry of research papers that will confirm this revolutionary new idea as being scientifically valid. And just like that:

The theory of evolution will be

consigned to the trash heap of

history—right along with alchemy.

(Which is precisely where it has belonged ever since the publication of Darwin's On the Origin of Species in 1859.)

If you're interested, take a few minutes to read about some of the major problems with the theory of evolution. It doesn't take a science degree—it's not that difficult. Of course, I'm sure that scientists have concocted slippery ways to schmooze around each one of them in order to discourage anyone from questioning their prized theory, but still...it's an enlightening read.

And "naive fools" is an apt description of how born-again, Bible-believing Christians will be seen in light of the Big Lie, because that lie will present the world with a different set of choices:

It's either aliens or a Creator God...

and it simply cannot be that second thing.

That's why I say this is Satan's big kahuna...this is one of the biggest planks in Satan's end-time platform. In Satan's mind, this is his ticket to the top—there's really no getting around it:

If we really were seeded here by aliens,

then God and His Word really are myths.

And that is one major reason Satan is planning to smack the world upside the head with his Big Lie. Satan is working with the following attitude:

"Heh heh heh...if I can make people fall for it, I win and God loses!"

But there is no conceivable way to make the idea of mankind being seeded on Earth by aliens jive with what God's Word clearly says. There is a chasm between the two that makes the Grand Canyon look like a drainage ditch.

No middle ground

So let's take a look at a few of the reasons why the prophetically confirmed, inerrant Word of a Creator God crumples up the notion of aliens seeding mankind on Earth and tosses it in the nearest trash can—there is simply no way these can be reconciled.

In fact, some of the following points even preclude the very existence of intelligent alien beings, let alone the idea that they ever came to Earth to seed our species on this planet.

1. "Let us make man..."

As you may have already guessed, one of the clearest and most direct arguments comes straight from the story of Creation in the book of Genesis. The creation of man is referred to in Genesis chapters 1 and 2:

26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth. 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

(Genesis 1:26–27 AKJV / emphasis added)

And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

(Genesis 2:7 AKJV / emphasis added)

Now, there are those who seek to make much of the fact that God uses the plural in verse 26 and says "Let us make man in our image…" as if the "us" could in fact be a bunch of advanced aliens from another world.

Uh, no. When God uses the plural in this manner, He is speaking in reference to His trinitarian nature: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, or the Trinity—three distinct divine Persons rolled into one Triune God. And the more you stop and think about it, the more you realize that we are indeed created in such a trinitarian image:

We are a spirit—that's our eternal inner essence (this corresponds to God the Father). During our earthly lives we live in a physical body (this corresponds to God the Son). Our spirit expresses itself through our body, especially our brain, producing our emotions, intellect, and will (this corresponds to God the Holy Spirit). Each of these three individual aspects of us are identifiable as us, and together they are the entire us.

Perhaps not a perfect analogy, but in my mind it works pretty well.

The point is that the Bible states flat out and in no uncertain terms:

GOD. CREATED. MAN.

OK? So the idea that a race of aliens created man flatly contradicts Scripture. The God of the Bible is not a gaggle of ETs. It's that simple.

So right off the bat...

Yes, it's either aliens or a Creator God.

But if the Word of that Creator God is true,

then it simply cannot be that first thing.

And that raises one of the most pivotal questions in the history of mankind:

How can we be sure that the Bible is true?

Relax...God took care of that Himself. I've said it before and I'm gonna keep right on saying it:

Stone-cold: Some people believe the Qur'an. Some people believe the Buddhist sutras. Some people believe the Book of Mormon. And whaddya know...some people believe the Bible. Well, isn't that special. But here's the thing: No one has to settle for merely believing the Bible is true. If we are willing to read and study it carefully and compare it with known historical events, we can know the Bible is true with 100 percent stone-cold certainty. Why? Because it contains reams of prophecies that have been fulfilled with a degree of accuracy that silences all but the most rabidly biased and willfully ignorant skeptics. The point is that only God knows all events for all time, and that is precisely what His Word reveals to us in spades.

Gosh, you mean you can't find anything like that in any of those other so-called "holy books"? Huh...go figure.

2. God's plan of redemption

Another key way in which the idea of aliens creating man flatly contradicts Scripture is in the full scope of God's plan of redemption.

God created man, and gave him free will (knowing he would misuse that free will). Man sinned and became spiritually separated from God (as God knew he would). But God had a plan from before the foundation of the world to provide a way for man to be reconciled to Himself.

God sent His Son into the world to live a life as a man, remain sinless, and be crucified to pay the penalty for man's sin. That is, He took our place on the cross. Thus God gave man the chance to be forgiven and spiritually reconciled to Him through belief in faith in His Son's work of atonement.

Spare me: Yes, through belief in faith, which is not a "work" you do to in order to earn or merit salvation in some way—it's our response to Christ's work. He did it all. And to all my dear Calvinist brothers out there:

(a) Trust me—I've heard it all before,

(b) I've studied the Bible as well as you have,

(c) I simply disagree with a few of your interpretations of Scripture, and

(d) I ain't in the mood to hear it again. Due to some ugly past experiences,

(e) I tend to avoid discussing Calvinism with Calvinists. So, no offense, but

(f) please feel free to sit on your hands. 'Nuff said.

Note that God's plan of redemption was aimed at one species: our species. Homo sapiens. This creates some very peculiar problems if alien beings even exist, let alone if they came to Earth to seed mankind.

If such species of advanced aliens exist, how in the world do they fit into God's plan of redemption? Note with care that God didn't send His Son into the world as a skinny gray extraterrestrial—He sent Him as a member of the species Homo sapiens...as a human being. As one of us. If aliens exist in the universe that God created, then all of a sudden God's plan of redemption breaks down into a bizarre, convoluted piece of fiction.

If intelligent species of aliens exist, then suddenly we have Jesus having to be born as a member of each one of those species of aliens on a number of planets in different parts of the universe, and carrying out His work of atonement for each one of them, just as He did for us.

Oops...wait a second. No can do:

10 ...we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

(Hebrews 10:10b / emphasis added)

26 For such a high priest was fitting for us: holy, guiltless, undefiled, separated from sinners, and made higher than the heavens; 27 who doesn't need, like those high priests, to offer up sacrifices daily, first for his own sins, and then for the sins of the people. For he did this once for all, when he offered up himself.

(Hebrews 7:26–27 / emphasis added)

11 But Christ having come as a high priest of the coming good things, through the greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this creation, 12 nor yet through the blood of goats and calves, but through his own blood, entered in once for all into the Holy Place, having obtained eternal redemption.

(Hebrews 9:11–12 / emphasis added)

10 For the death that he died, he died to sin one time; but the life that he lives, he lives to God.

(Romans 6:10 / emphasis added)

18 Because Christ also suffered for sins once, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring you to God, being put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the Spirit,

(1 Peter 3:18 / emphasis added)

30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, "It is finished!" [The Greek word is tetelestai, which was often used in those days to mean a debt was "paid in full."] Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.

(John 19:30 / emphasis & [comments] added)

Christ was born as a member

of one race, and died once for

the sins of that one race.

And it was finished.

So the very existence of intelligent alien beings in the universe that God created and controls throws a galactic-sized monkey wrench into His plan of redemption, which He carried out to save one and only one species: US.

3. Who created who?

On a related note, recall that God created the entire physical universe we live in. That includes everything in it. So if aliens even exist, then God created them, too. That means that if aliens seeded man, then instead of God creating man as the Bible clearly states, we have the following sequence:

1. God created aliens.

2. Aliens created man.

Really?! In other words, if we stick to the Word of God, the idea that aliens even exist, let alone came to Earth to seed the human race, just keeps getting more preposterous at every turn. And speaking of preposterous...

Star Wars—Episode XXVII: OK, how's this: Homo sapiens on Earth are the only ones in the universe with free will, and so are the only ones in the universe who sinned, and so are the only ones in the universe who need to be saved. And then our sinless alien saviors show up!

Wow! Now there's an idea for a script! Quick...somebody call Steven Spielberg! And that's the entire point:

The only good thing about aliens is that

they make for some entertaining movies.

And speaking of legendary film director Steven Spielberg...guess who just released a brand new movie about aliens contacting and visiting Earth? His new film Disclosure Day basically comes right out and tells us we have been contacted and visited by aliens, and a compelling subtitle used in some of the advertisements for the film says it all:

 WE DESERVE TO KNOW

In other words, Spielberg genuinely believes we have been and are currently being visited by aliens, and people deserve to know the truth about it! We want disclosure and we want it now! Stop hiding the truth from us!

What is particularly telling, however, is what Spielberg himself has been saying about the movie. He has been saying that his film may (gasp) shake the very foundation of the Christian faith! (Oh my gosh...say it ain't so!) In a recent interview, Spielberg vainly attempted to wax profound in regard to the relationship between God and such alleged extraterrestrials:

What does this do to the fundamental beliefs that many of us have? [If we know the Bible, absolutely NOTHING!] Is God, our God, only on this planet, or is God a God for every system where there's civilization, intelligent life and even developing life? [Well, duuh...Genesis 1 says He created the entire universe and everything in it, so try using the brain our God gave you.]

(emphasis & [comments] added)

— Steven Spielberg, from an interview with the Christian Post [Source]

No offense Steven, but in spite of the lip service you give to a Creator God, this reveals your complete ignorance of what His Word clearly says. And, of course, you are desperate to promote your silly movie—surprise, surprise. And I say that because the average 12-year-old who has managed to finish Genesis chapter 1 can answer your question, which is nothing but a thinly veiled insult to believers, smugly gussied up to sound erudite.

Oh, and Steven, the only "Christians" who will have the very foundation of their faith shaken by this movie are those who know essentially nothing about the Bible (like you, not to put too fine a point on it) and barely even understand what it means to be a born-again believer (ditto).

In other words, CINOs (Christians In Name Only).

4. "Let there be lights..."

I wouldn't necessarily call this next item an absolute clincher. But if you actually believe the universe is home to all manner of advanced species of alien beings, some of which have visited Earth and possibly even seeded humans here, these passages should at least give you pause:

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. [He created Earth in verses 1–2, and Day One begins in verse 3.] And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved on the face of the waters.

(Genesis 1:1–2 AKJV / emphasis & [comments] added)

14 And [on Day Four] God said, Let there be lights [these are the stars and planets we see in the night sky] in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs [e.g. the Star of Bethlehem], and for seasons, and for days, and years: 15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light on the earth: and it was so.

(Genesis 1:14–15 AKJV / emphasis & [comments] added)

In other words, God's Word makes it clear that Earth plays a uniquely preeminent role in the three-dimensional space-time continuum God created for us humans to dwell in.

God created the stars and planets we see in our night sky on Day Four to serve as signs and markers for the humans He would create to inhabit Earth. No mention of any of those "lights" serving as outposts for other species of intelligent life He had also created who would beat Him to the punch and come to create yet another species of intelligent life here on Earth.

Seems like a pretty important detail to leave out, if you ask me.

Along similar lines, many perfectly intelligent people argue that there simply must be other forms of life out there, because the universe is just so incredibly vast! How could there possibly not be?! And here's the Bible's response:

The heavens declare the glory of God. The expanse shows his handiwork.

(Psalm 19:1)

The incredibly vast universe God created wasn't so alien species would be almost certain to pop up here and there, according to an equation worked out by astonomer Frank Drake in 1961.

That incredibly vast universe

declares His glory and puts His

cosmic handiwork on display.

That's an equation worked out by a Creator God in eternity past.

'27 or bust

As I said, you can't miss the increasing intensity of the alien conversation these days. You can feel the tension rising, and people everywhere can scarcely help but think we're about to have some meaningful information about aliens visiting Earth disclosed to us by the government.

If not have a full-blown meet & greet with them.

There have long been those who have clamored for the government to disclose what they know about UAP, but in the minds of some the problem is that if the government were to reveal too much too soon, it could provoke mass pandemonium and be highly disruptive for societies all over the world. Thus there has been a general sense among certain government officials that they somehow need to slowly get the public accustomed to the idea that we are not alone in the universe, and that we very well could have some alien visitors reveal themselves to us in some way in the near future.

I've discussed this before, but in 2023, retired CIA agent John Ramirez gave an interview in which he intimated that the CIA had information about a future revelation of an alien presence. He said he had learned from inside sources that when videos of UAP taken by Navy pilots in 2015 were released (or possibly leaked) in 2017, a 10-year clock started ticking. He said the government had somehow been made aware that a "significant event" was set to occur in 2027 in which aliens would somehow "reveal" themselves, although he was reluctant to say what form this revealing would take.

Ramirez also said:

We're kind of preparing the U.S. population at least, and by extension the world population, to that reality. That there is a presence here [stated like a fact] and that we need to explain this presence. Because if they show up and we continue to do what we did before in previous decades, there will be mass panic...In many ways I think the word got out within the government that they're showing up in 2027 and we better be prepared. I've heard 2027 in kind of an official capacity I can't reveal. ['Cause it's so darn secret.] I would say people in the government are aware of something happening and that there is limited time, a few more years, to prepare the people.

(emphasis & [comments] added)

— John Ramirez, from a 2023 interview [Source]

So there are those in the U.S. government who take this idea seriously...that the public needs to be gradually prepared for the disclosure of the existence of aliens who have been contacting us, visiting us, and who are apparently ready to reveal themselves in some way for some reason.

Incidentally, according to Ramirez the aliens are fully capable of revealing themselves whenever and in whatever manner they choose.

Except for the 10 or 12 that have crashed in the desert, that is. Oops.

Now, under ordinary circumstances, I might not take that "10-year window" idea all that seriously. Back in 2023 when I read about it for the first time, I thought it was interesting and made a mental note of it; but I took it with a medium-sized grain of salt. But with the way things have been going lately and with that "magic year" of 2027 a mere five months away, you might say the 10-year window is back on my radar screen in a major way.

All I'm saying is that with the way things have been trending, my suspicions are growing stronger that this whole 10-year window idea may actually be something orchestrated by Satan to aid in his preparation for his end-time program, which is going to feature the UFO/alien narrative in a big way.

During the first year and a half of his current term in office, President Trump has repeatedly made statements about how he is planning and/or preparing to release large numbers of UAP-related documents and photos and related material to the American public. Haven't seen much yet, but supposedly the process of gathering such materials is in the works behind the scenes.

The point I'm getting at is simply this:

Trump's actions are making it increasingly easy to believe that there really will be some type of alien-related event in 2027—the disclosure of some type of alien presence or contact, just as Ramirez stated.

Not sure if I'd bet a month's salary on it, but things certainly seem to be trending in that direction. And that's the point I'm driving at:

We are getting there quickly enough that we as believers need to be paying attention to what is on the horizon and be prepared to meet it head on in the strength and power of the Holy Spirit and with the rock-solid truth of the inspired Word of a Creator God.

I'm not telling anyone anything mysterious or deeply profound. I don't have any inside track on Satan's plans. I just feel led to shout this out to people who have ears to hear:

We need to be prepared to counter

the lies Satan is pushing with:

IN THE BEGINNING, GOD CREATED...

God's Word doesn't leave any wiggle room on the lies Satan is going to push harder and harder in preparation for his future kingdom that will be based on his weapon of choice: deception.

And that deception is going to incorporate the Big Lie—the lie that what God's Word clearly says is a myth and that it was really our Space Brothers who seeded us here on this planet.

Oh, and now they have returned to stop us from

nuking each other and to help us evolve spiritually

so that we can help save our Earth Mother Gaia.

OK, now let's circle back to the original question.

Back to the original question

As believers in the gospel of Jesus Christ, our biblically based stance toward the UFO/alien narrative should be that it is a lie from the father of lies, because that's precisely what it is. And our stance toward the notion that aliens seeded mankind here on Earth should be the same. These ideas flatly contradict the prophetically confirmed Word of a Creator God, and that's the rock we need to stand on. Again...there is no middle ground.

And I am quite sincere when I say this, and I say it in love: It's agonizing to witness what I'm about to describe. Go ahead...ask me why I can say that. Never mind—here's why:

There have been times when I have seen people I know are believers be confronted with questions and issues pertaining to aliens and UAP and the disclosure of such things, and I have seen them waffle, squirm, and play loosey-goosey with such questions. And I can only assume they didn't want to offend someone or start an argument. Or worst of all...

Come across as an uninformed,

Bible-thumping simpleton.

So please don't do that. The point is this: When someone known to be a believer waffles, squirms, and plays loosey-goosey with what are clearly the lies of the deceiver, it really does make them look like an uninformed, Bible-thumping simpleton in the eyes of a fallen world. In fact, it serves to make all believers look like uninformed, Bible-thumping simpletons. I suppose it's the old "birds of a feather flock together" mentality.

So don't waffle. Don't squirm. Don't play loosey-goosey. If a person—perhaps even a friend of yours—brings up such alien-related questions, be prepared to refer to the Word of God and show them why these ideas are lies.

Be ready to explain to them that Satan is real and that he is working to deceive people and lure them away from the assurance of God's truth, the reality of God's grace and mercy, and the urgency of God's message of salvation that is going out to a lost and dying world while there is still time. Stand on the rock of God's Word—that's one of the reasons He gave it to us.

And yeah, you might even lose a friend...

But you might also see them again soon.

In the kingdom—if not in the clouds.

  1. Get back to Biblical truth?

    '27 or bust?

When it comes to citing Biblical calendars and clocks, by far, the two most relevant books on the End Times are Daniel and Revelation. And they are both the 27th books of the Old and New Testaments.

    1. While I'm referencing the significance of Bible book numbers, allow me to say the same for Bible chapters.

Hearken back to what Tom Horn said about the asteroid Apophis. In his prophetic vision of Wormwood, he specifically sees the asteroid approaching with a rolling motion. And it's this slow spin that allows the irregular surface to cast undulating shadows like a great and fiery red dragon on approach.

Take note that Apophis is due to approach the Middle East at night, and that the Jews still around for the Revelation 12 dragon may see this asteroid as exactly that, symbolically.

Also note that it would put the Revelation 12 woman and dragon 12 years apart. Subtle, but cool.

There are so many puzzle pieces that seem to fit these days. And they're all over the place.

The Euphrates River won't make it past the 2030's. Beheading is back with the Noahide Laws. (Gotta keep that Christian Body from reuniting with its Christhead! Like some kind of futuristic zombie darkness, we can't have these crazy resurrections and raptures going on anymore!)

And how about this advertisement line from a 1973 movie box:

"It's the year 2022 . . . People are still the same. They'll do anything to get what they need. And they need Soylent Green."

Several of the worst civilizational breakdowns in the Bible result in a period of judgment that directly sets up cannibalism. The very lowest of lows. And I certainly think the Tribulation will see it, again. But God's elect were never exposed to that. They were called out and set apart.

I wanted to laugh nervously when I saw those Soylent meal-replacement shakes. They have red, black, white, and brown labeled bottles at least, but I've never seen a green one. No thanks! I wish they'd follow their tag line and "take a few things off [my] plate."

  2. The Trump administration promised earlier this year that they were going to release to the public any information that the government possessed on this topic. They did set up a website where they have been periodically releasing brief, grainy videos of UAPs. Every couple of weeks they've been releasing videos. Some of them are quite revealing & interesting. Others seem to be nothing-burgers.

But the mass media still isn't really covering this topic in any other than a fleeting, perfunctory way. In tandem with that, it's also obvious to anyone who has read up - even slightly - on this topic that the Defense Dept. isn't telling the public more than the tip of the iceberg.

The Trump administration destroyed its credibility long ago, on this topic and others. They promised to get to the bottom of the Epstein stuff, and then fought against any release of that info. Trump put out AI videos of major Democrat politicians getting arrested, and the MAGA crowd got riled up in expectation of the Deep State being taken down.

None of it happened. Trump's administration *is* the Deep State. The Q-Anon stuff was obvious as a mind control psy-op at the time (to most of us), but even those people have opened their eyes to the fact that none of it was ever based on the truth. MAGA as a movement is completely cooked; only normies who aren't paying attention still view it fondly. Donald Trump has been revealed as a pathological liar. Corrupt to the core, and not at all interested in helping out this country.

I have no crystal ball to surmise what the world holds in store for us in 2027, but if the past is any indication, these folks won't be forthcoming to the American public on the UAP topic, or any other topic. I could be surprised, but nothing from the past year and a half provides even the slightest indication that Washington will level with us about the 'alien'/UAP stuff.

  3. Thank you for the post, Greg! I felt very reassured as I've pondered all of this in my past. Now I don't feel so silly, or alone. Sadly, people I was once close to are already believing things like this. Keep up the good work!

  6. I have you convey, ohne important information to share whit you. I know I wrote in last article about making this my last post. So I apologize, but what I have discovered is so important that heart will not allow me to keep this information just to myself.
I have been looking for why the rapture did not happen on July 19. I have analyzed where the error could have occurred. I believe that what formerly I have proven from Scripture is correct. In almost all of my comments on this blog I have proved that God planned the rapture for the day of Pentecost and that Pentecost must certainly be in the middle of the summer season. Another certainty that can be found from Scripture is that the early Christians knew exactly the day of Pentecost and this is proven by three verses from the New Testament, Acts two verse one, Acts twenty verse 16 and 1 Corinthians sixteen verse eight. From Scripture we also know from Leviticus twentythree that Pentecost falls on the 5th of Av.
So where did the mistake happen? The only answer is that the 5th of Av was not set correctly determined in our calendar. So I started looking for an error in the Jewish calendar consumed by me . We know from Scripture that each month in the Jewish calendar must begin a day or two after the new moon. The condition is that the beginning of the year, i.e. 1st Nisan, was after the vernal equinox. I found that in the Jewish calendar I used, this condition was not met this year, because the 1st of Nisan was March 19 and the vernal equinox was not until March 20. Therefore, I had to move the beginning of the year one whole month after the next new moon. The 1st of Nisan therefore falls on April 18, 2026. For this reason, the day of the Pentecost feast of the 5th of Av is being moved from July 19 to August 18.
Because Pentecost are in the middle of summer, the disciples had to wait for the outpouring of the Spirit much longer than is generally stated in the church, and that approx 60 days after Jesus' ascension. According to Jesus' instructions, they were disciples still in the temple, praying and praising God, see Luke chapter 24 verses 49 to 53. The fact that they were gathered in unity in the upper room on the day of Pentecost proves that it must have been revealed to them that the outpouring of the Spirit would take place on this day.
I believe that it was God's plan for the church to wait in unity for the rapture on the day of the Feast of Pentecost. But the devil however perfectly succeeded in hiding of this day from the church. This destroyed God's purpose of the worldwide expectation of the marriage of the Lamb on the day of the feast of Pentecost. There is incredible resistance in the church against determining the true day of Pentecost, which ultimately also proves the authenticity of this message and the rule that we see in many places in Scripture when the truth of God's Word is revealed in contrast to religious tradition.
Personally, I will expect the fulfillment of the blessed hope on August 18. This day begins in Israel on August 17 after sunset.

    1. I can tell you exactly where the mistake happened, friend. Your heart is in the right place, but your mind isn't.

You don't want to risk becoming useless to the mission of the church by spreading a gospel of your own truth. And I know how difficult it can be to walk that fine line.

Many people at Unsealed are aware of the calendar issues of the Hebrews, in general. They fail to wait for the equinox, or they fail to follow the original solar, or they fail to honor the proper Jubilee, etc. There are a hundred inconsistencies. Which is yet another reason not to make such strong claims.

But you are going to fail just as badly if you set your mind too much on a date that God hasn't directly given you. And I doubt that He's ever going to.

I love you, man. And I WANT you to be right this time. But just stick to telling folks why you think what you think, and don't pretend to know what you do not know.

I've learned so much from others in my life. Almost everything I know, actually. LOL. And there's no danger in admitting that we are naive and lost without help.

I hope no one ever says they lost their faith in Jesus because I have been so zealous for His return these last few years. And I sure do talk about it a lot. I should be careful, too.

Petr, it's okay to not know the date. And it's even okay to believe that you might. But just don't openly confess to know what you only believe.

I will check to be sure, but I'm fairly certain that August 18th is open on my calendar. And I'll make sure to say an extra "I love you" to my loved ones the day before. And you can help me out by not being too shocked if it doesn't happen as you believe it should.

And just so you know, you don't have to choose the correct date to earn a Rapture ticket. And you don't have to be wrong, repeatedly, trying to convince the people in your life who are already going with you. That's most of us here.

The people you need to worry about are the ones who don't believe in the Savior already, and they WON'T come to a saving belief if you aren't very careful with your words.

      You risk hurting real people.

For the record, I have no idea when the Rapture is. But I see the largest convergence EVER somewhere between now and October.

And after that, I still won't know, unless the Lord makes it plain to me. And I'm okay with that. I just want to enjoy fitting these puzzle pieces together, in the hope that others in my life will start to see the there is, indeed, a BIG picture sitting right in front of them.

I won't pray that you're right about August because I want it to happen at God's perfect time. And it will.

But I will pray that all my loved ones will open their eyes before it's too late. And many won't.

Not everything can be fixed by our strong words and beliefs, Petr. So let's learn to exercise them carefully, that we might be as useful as possible while we learn. Which I do believe you're trying to do.

      Your brother,
      Jeremy

    2. Jeremy, I couldn’t agree more . Petr, I am so glad you didn’t lose hope and are still studying and watching. Surely it can’t be long now—technology alone is an overwhelming forecast.

BTW I started Aftermath last night and while I commend !! a couple of teenage boys who have a heart for the lost—and Dean Cain/Kevin Sorbo et al who support them, I have a hard time with Scriptural inaccuracies. Hence I didn’t finish watching. May the Lord use their effort to reach the lost—as long as the gospel is correct (and I didn’t watch that far), the main thing is the main thing.

      Blessings, fam! L

    3. I found myself in the same place with Aftermath. Watched for a while but didn't finish it. The fact that two teens got together to make faith films is unique in this age. May God guide them and send angels (messengers/teachers) to lead them.

      Delete
    4. I also saw several things that do not align with the Bible—"like the young man who appears to his friend, for example"—but I watched the whole thing. I saw their efforts to proclaim salvation in Jesus, on a small budget and without pretension.
I praise God that teenagers go to such lengths to proclaim the coming of the Lord. I would be so happy if my three sons did the same, but their lives reflect the exact opposite when it comes to Jesus. My granddaughter Coralie, who turns 18 this year, was baptized at Passover last year; she was on fire for the Lord—singing in the choir, leading small Bible studies for young people, and so on—but this year she has completely turned her back on that path. She is living with a young man who isn't a Christian, and so forth. So, my heart—as both a mother and a grandmother—was deeply touched by this short film made by young people who love Jesus.

  7. For Jeremy.
Brother, if you studied all my comments that I’ve left on this blog, you might realize that the conclusions I draw come from Scripture and not from my own ideas. I’ve provided so much evidence from the Bible about the Feast of Pentecost, but no one has taken the time to point to the specific Scripture passages where they think it’s wrong according to the Bible. Most contributors here write about what they think, but in my comments, I backed everything up with Scripture. The Bible speaks about the rapture on the Feast of Pentecost; I’m just humbly presenting it. The Feast of Pentecost is in the summer, so we must expect the rapture in the summer if we believe the Bible. Of course, there’s a certain problem in clearly determining when the 5th of Av during the Feast of Pentecost falls in our calendar. I believe that August 18 is the most accurately determinable date. However, it’s good to look a few days before or after. If someone joined me, everything would be much easier for me. I repeat, no one disputed what I proved from Scripture, probably because it didn’t really interest anyone. I know, I’m not from America, just from a small country.
When one person from Africa shared only his personal ideas, visions, and dreams about the day of the rapture (there was nothing from Scripture at all), it sparked massive discussion. But what I bring from the Bible was not discussed at all. I feel like everyone is more interested in UFOs, Trump, wars, heavenly events, disasters, prophecies, dreams, etc. than in God’s word. I’m not saying we shouldn’t look at these things, but God’s word must clearly be the dominant focus. This trend can be seen everywhere in the church. Personally, what I bring doesn’t benefit me at all, and after August 18th I will definitely go silent, but I share it for you, because I believe God teaches these things in His Word. Blessing for you. Maranatha, Petr

    1. Hi Petr, thank you for sharing about the one month delay.....I think it is worth considering.....back in early May 2026, you and I both commented on timing as it relates to Easter being off by one month (computer date vs actual witness of the new moon).....so I was just focused on Easter.....and not the rest of the year by extension.......are other key dates off by a month.....here is an excerpt from those comments (which may or may not be accurate...):

      =========== When is Easter 2026? ========================

The last month of the Hebrew year is Adar. A leap month (not a leap day) is occasionally inserted into the Hebrew calendar and is called Adar 2 (or spelled Adar II). Unfortunately, it is now calculated electronically (as opposed to actually looking for the first sliver of light on moon from Israel).

Ty Green is suggesting that in 2026, the electronic calculation was "off" and didn't utilize the visial method of determining when to add Adar 2.

      When Is Nisan 1 2026 ? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B7CATVZCjho
Play at fast speed - start at 10:30 mark - 14:38 mark

Therefore Easter was celebrated a month early in 2026. The correct calculation would be:

      * Nisan 1 is eve of April 17-18 (April 17 evening the constellation of the Ram is below the eclyptic in Israel so not visible yet)
      * Add 14 days to calculate start of Passover (Thursday, April 30 - Saturday, May 2, 2026).
      * The next day is Easter Sunday on May 3, 2026 (after Passover)
      ==================================================
If the real Easter was on May 3, 2026, add 50 days to get the real Pentecost would be 50 days after May 3, 2026, which is June 22, 2026
      ==================================================
.....so the question I ask now (August 6) is whether other key dates are off by a month this year.... ....feel free to share details and opposing views.....I'm asking this as a question and not dogmatic about it. Jon

    2. I understand what you're saying, Petr. I do. But you're wrong.

I have read every word you've written recently. And I want you to be correct. But you haven't been, yet, have you?

You've been wrong so far. And there will always be some new calendar fact or rare discrepancy to change your models. We ALL have to grow in understanding. Some of us already knew about the equinox and solstice, for example. Some of us already believe in a Pentecost to Trumpets timeline. But nobody knows with certainty.

This can be a good thing if you're willing to learn.

But it's shaping up to be a bad thing, because every time you talk with certainty, you risk hurting someone's idea of what Christianity is. Even if you don't know it. Are we nothing more than lunatics making bad date guesses? If so, are we doing the same thing when we talk about this "Jesus" guy?

Petr, we know that you're an intelligent believer. You don't need to keep naming dates and threatening silence.

You're wrong to say that it would be easier for you if we supported you. Either you are correct in which case you can rest easy , or you are not, in which case you will never feel comfortable saying what you're saying.

You've backed up your OPINION with Scripture. And we thank you for your ideas. They may be correct. And they may not.

No one is asking you to stop giving "evidence." But I'm asking you to stop calling it "proof."

I don't believe anyone here is discounting your views because of your language or location. We're just not interested in another person who thinks that that they are the first to know exactly what the Bible says. Nobody else does! Only you?

I don't think so. And I value the insight you're offering. But that's why we don't argue with you. You've been wrong, and every living soul on the planet has an opinion about something.

      Let me explain this simply:

If a person is found dead on the floor, and there's a smoking gun next to them on the floor, you have found "evidence." But that doesn't mean that you have the right gun. You have no proof of anything.

It could've been the gun used BY the dead person in attempted self-defense. And the real killer is behind you in the closet. You don't have proof, but just one more piece of the crime scene puzzle.

Petr, you are offering evidence to build the case that Pentecost is Rapture specific. And you might be right. I hope you are. But how many hundreds of millions of believers have died thinking they knew what the Torah or the Bible was saying since the days of Moses?

No. I'm never gonna argue with you about that. It's not worth it. You can't prove anything and neither can I. We both believe the Rapture is close, and that's good enough for today.

Tell us what you see. Tell us what you think. And be more humble about it. At the rate you're going, you'll have to stop posting just because you keep saying you will. And we don't want to lose your input or your beliefs. Just stop telling everyone you have proof. You don't.

We would all appreciate you more if you didn't leave the community. Keep posting what you see and believe. And stop pretending that August 18th has to be the date. It might not be!

      Always on your side,
      Jeremy

    3. Jeremy ....I agree with your excellent reply to Petr. I would like to add two comments I KNEW when Petr said he was done commenting....he would be back...and he .came back. My 2nd comment is he says he will remain silent, but of course he will comment again after August 18th...and a "few days" .. Lets watch and see. :

    4. Amen, Bro Stan. Petr, who imagines himself a great teacher, is destined to continually burden us with his superior knowledge of the Scriptures. It’s Petr’s way or no way. He is the only one who knows when the Rapture is going to occur. He will revise the date every time he misses it. I have cautioned him about what the Scriptures he purports to know say about lying. Obviously, I wasted my time. He reminds me of the crazy Uncle in the attic.

  8. One more thing as to the Jewish dates being off one month.....maybe a double meaning about knowing the "day or the hour"......as we also seem to not know the literal Hebrew month/day...since the Hebrew calendar seems to be off a month. I appreciate the post that Petr made as it made me delve deeper into this.....will continue watching with this in mind for upcoming high watch days (add a month?). I find Petr suggestion that July 23 watch day should be August 23 worth considering......and therefore other high watch days in 2026 would be one month further out if this line of reasoning is correct. I might be wrong on this thought process and invite others to weigh in.

    1. Drift in the calendar was a squirrel I chased back in the day, and have come to seen how dates, events and moedim can align across multiple calendars. My studies are weighted on the Essene calendar, but I find that certain events seem to align across the Civil calendar (and Gregorian) as well.

      And why not?

God is God of all time.

  9. I found this article very good as you always write. I appreciate your studies and the way you convey them. I eagerly come back here often to see what's new. I especially liked how you pointed out how the masses are being "primed" for the great deception. Ive often wondered like many "how!!" The truth is so obvious, and so many can see! But your article does a great job of explaining how it may unravel and how the propaganda to lay the ground work is already at work.

Another idea that I have read some articles on... now mind you I am not sure the validity of research or whatever, is that the "aliens" are in fact actually the fallen angels, or Nephilim with knowledge that isn't meant for us to know. Some examples these articles referred to was when they came originally in Genesis 6 that is when some creations like the Egyptian pyramids and others were crafted with such mathematical precision and without the kind of tools it would take to construct. Now I am not saying I believe or this information is valid. I pose here to see others thoughts, but my point being I do believe there are some sort of beings that are going to be around that support Satan's agenda and convince the masses.

Anyway. I'd love to hear your thoughts as well. I trust more what I read here than other sources. And yes, the Bible is the only true 100% truth. I belive that wholeheartedly

  10. Stan,
After visiting the Revelation 12 website and seeing your staircase link, I have to tell you how much I love the turns and spirals. Beautiful work. I do admire clean and sweeping curves on a structure. That's why my favorite airplane is my favorite airplane.

    Petr,
I also appreciate your thoughts. And I'm glad that you brought the calendar issue up as a timely reminder. I hope you are right, but I'm prepared for you to be wrong. Either way, I can't wait to hang out in the clouds!

    Lyndsey,
I agree with everything you're saying. And the moment you start to realize just how many of our fables, legends, myths, past religions, and others are tied to the actual events of the Bible . . . IT IS MIND-BLOWING.

I opened a kids' book on Greek myths the other day, and the very first 2 paragraphs of the book were entirely about the sky god Ouranos feeling disgust at the monstrous Titan children. So much so, that he decided to bury them deep within the earth, in Tartarus.

2 Peter 2:4 says this, translated from the original Greek:

“For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into Tartarus and committed them to pits of darkness, reserved for judgment . . . ”

Don't laugh, now. I may have a flawed memory! But I saw this Duck Tales cartoon once where Scrooge McDuck finds the treasure at the end of the rainbow. And he marks it with a yellow ribbon on the nearest tree above the buried wealth. And then he makes the leprechaun promise not to touch the ribbon while he goes off to get his digging tools; only to find that while he was gone, the leprechaun had marked every tree on the island with the same yellow ribbons.

And at first, I thought that was pretty clever. The devil works similarly. And he hasn't hidden as much from us as we probably think. He just buried the truth under so much fiction and deception that most humans have never even thought to look in that direction for the obvious truth. Like piles of evolution nonsense sitting on top of the catastrophic proof of Noah's flood.

Of course, the beauty of satan's folly is that we are never far from the truth. It just takes a little hard work and research to sort through the trees and stories. The "Truth is Out There," as the X-files would say. Probably satan making another alien/Bible pun!

  11. Two relevant items of interest today.

One was a news report about the anniversary of the atomic bombs dropped on Japan, which segued into a report about two artists in Ukraine painting a small mushroom-cloud mural addressing the Ukrainian fear of nuclear weapons being used on their country. Exactly as Pastor Barnett saw in his vision. This year? Who knows.

And the second was an article openly pontificating on the inevitable "rogue AI scare" or "AI false flag event." Not just the inevitability of it eventually causing big problems . . . you know, nuclear war and other small hurdles . . . but the inevitability of AI either causing purposeful war triggers on either side OR being used to take the blame for human designs OR being advertised as a positive thing, since it shows just how amazing the beast has become.

WOW. There is literally no reason not to use nukes now, as long as you can make your escape first and blame the computer later.

I keep wondering how we're expected to live in the future waiting right around the corner. And the Biblical answer is . . . "we're not." Thank God. I mean, I don't live in Kansas, but I've been there enough, and I can tell you we're not in it anymore.

And speaking of Kansas, let me end with this amazing fact. As of this last April, the actress Caren Marsh Doll was still living the dream at 107 years old. You might know her as Judy Garland's body double "legs and feet" clicking the ruby slippers together in the 1939 Wizard of Oz movie. Can you believe that?! Go, Caren!

I'm clicking my heels for heaven right now! There's no place like home!

  12. Thanks Jermey. I read that headline about 81 years since Hiroshima today as well. I also got to thinking about all the wealthy that have deeply invested and constructed "end of world bunkers" as if they are privy to what might be coming... hmm. So many talk about the "deep state" but I believe there is a lot of truth in it being more the Luciferian (sp ✔️) system at play and building.
I think you are absolutely right in Satan is "seasoning" the truth with a little of this and a little of that so the masses aren't quite sure what's real and what isn't. That's again why it is so important for us to be grounded in scripture and communion with one another. Perhaps that is also why Paul encouraged us to encourage and support one another. Also to help keep us sharp and look out for being swayed away or misled in ways. Make sense?

And side note, you are absolutely right about Stan's gift in stair making. A true artist! ** I hear he makes a mean squirrel too* 😉 😉

    1. Lindsey and Jeremy...Thank you for the kind comments about my stairways. God gives us all our skills, so let me pass the accolades on to Him!

I am 72, and semi retired...but doing EXACTLY what I am wanting to do...create curved stairways. I get just as excited about each stairway as they are all a challenge. Typical prayer of mine is "God, guide my hands" .

I am posting my website address...not to gather more work, but to just thank the Lord for the 30 plus years of pure ecstasy building curved stairways for very famous people...common names we all would know.

My life changed while building a curved stairway for TV evangelist Jim Bakker in 2013. He and his wife Lori built a halfway home for unmarried expectant mothers...to receive free room and board, counseling, medical, job training...and the most important...carry that child in their womb to full term, and be born as God intended.....oh...and yes...they carry it down the curved stairway I built for this home called Lori's House.

The miracle that happened that little ol me got to build this stairway for Jim and Lori Bakker, the miracles that happened while building it in my shop and the miracles installing it changed my life forever.

I was a good person except never reading my Bible. The well known preachers I was exposed to whole actually sitting with them on a live broadcast really opened my eyes. Jonathan Cahn and Hubie Synn were on both sides of me....then I was able to talk alone with them for 2 hours.

I worship no man...or drink their kool- aid....but I came home and started reading my Bible. I am well known in the helicopter world for having built my own turbine powered helicopter which I flew everywhere. It even won Grand Champion Rotorcraft at the Popular Rotorcraft International Convention.

Why am I saying all this?? I sold that helicopter in 2014 and my helicopter friends thought I had completely lost it. Why did you sell your beloved hrlicopter...I have been asked many times. My answer...I started hovering over my Bible, instead of hovering over the earth...and this line from a famous gospel song could not have said it any clearer....."and the things of this world grew strangely dim".

  13. And on the AI point- it is the foundation of the Beast system. I am dead set convinced of that. It is and has been setting the foundational ground work for the anti-christ to spy on all people's and control everything. EVERYTHING. We have been for years helping to feed the database. We all know our devices record, track etc, and we willing go along to get along bc of the convenience of it, but we are giving the database all the data it needs.
It also is perfectly setting the system of a one world currency. I often wondered "how? We are so diverse, so many different languages, trades etc, but as more and more is unvield it becomes so apparent. Additionally it gives me more "proof" we are in the time of the end of Grace.

And side note, how special is it that God chose us to be a part of the Age of Grace!! That alone overwhelms me with Thanksgiving and praise.

  14. Answer for Jeremy and Stan.
After the post that I said would be the last, I added only this comment and also apologized for doing so. I explained in detail in this comment what led me to do it. I will repeat it again for better understanding.
I thought according to the Jewish calendar that Pentecost is July 19th and I wrote a lot about it. That's why I said around this date, that I am making my last comment. However, when I found out that the calendar was wrong and that the most likely correct date for Pentecost, after moving the start of the year by one month, is August 18th, I had to write about it.
I believe hundred percent that according to Scripture, God plans the rapture to be on the day of Pentecost and that Pentecost is in the summer. Therefore, I believe that the rapture must be in the summer. It is my conviction from Scripture and I think I have the right to believe it. Everyone believes which he considers right and that is fine. Because I see great importance in what God has put on my heart to share with the church, I had to write a comment about postponing the deadline of Pentecost from July 19 to August 18. I am not forcing this on anyone, nor is it possible, but on the other hand, if I did not bring it and talk about it, I would have a problem before God. It is up to each of you what you do with the news.
The fact that I will not be posting after August 18th is not because I am offended or angry with anyone, but simply because I have already handed over the church what God has called me to do. A further postponement of the feast of Pentecost to the month of September is not possible, so I can say with a clear conscience that I will not be posting any more comments after August 18th - this is primarily for Stan.
I bless everyone and I am glad that I was able to communicate with you on this blog.
    With love, brother Petr

  15. ISN'T IT INTERESTING...

The news is percolating with stories of new nuclear war planning (Watchman River), murals of mushroom clouds in Kyiv. All on the cusp of the 81st anniversary atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan during World War II. This morning, the Sun is reporting NATO ON ALERT Russia could attack Nato within WEEKS.

It's interesting all of this is happening about the time of the anniversary of the first use of nuclear weapons in armed conflict. Does it mean anything? I may very well.

Current events point to a stalemate in conflicts in Ukraine and Iran, two sides of a coin of war that seem to be held in suspension. Day by day weapons stockpiles draw down. People die but there is no resolution. Could this point to a higher level conflict to come that breaks the cycle?

I believe Scripture opens the door for that interpretation in such a way that the harpazo, followed by a month period of chaos, God moves in such a way that the Whore of Babylon is destroyed. In that window of time the 70th week begins and completes in time for Yom Kippur in 2033. A Russian mobilization would make an advance on Israel possible if the harpazo had cleared the way for them.

Are the pieces of the puzzle falling into place? Absolutely, that's a fact of Biblical prophecy. Is this a proper interpretation of it? Maybe. So far it makes sense in terms of what I see in Scripture and the news of the day.

I have to agree with you Jeremy, that between now and October is a prime time for the coming of the Lord Jesus on the clouds for us.

Let's keep encouraging one another as we see the day approaching! That's one of the things He called us to do.

    3. Exactly! This is the original basis of my study model and (IMHO) it still works like a charm.

We've talked about how the window of 80 years has already passed, but mainly in the context of a count that starts at May 14, 1948. I think both Lou and I have turned our attention to another date, perhaps more appropriate date of sunset on September 26, 1951 (Tishri 1). That Shemitah ended on September 16, 1952 (Elul 29).

      That window is wide open!

The widest threshold for the opening is 26 SEPT 1951 + 80 years = 26 SEPT 2031. The widest threshold for the closing is 16 SEPT 1952 + 80 years = 16 SEPT 2032. I believe that this measures the end of the generation. Literally the end of Israel as we know it, and a window of time in which Israel will be carried on the wings of eagles,

14 But the woman was given the two
wings of the great eagle so that she
may fly from the serpent into the
wilderness, to the place where she
is to be nourished for a time, and
times , and half a time.

      (Revelation 12:14 ESV)

No, I don't think this points to the resurrection/rapture; I think it points to the flight of the woman (Israel/Jerusalem) into the wilderness at the mid-point of the 70th week.

      BOOM!!!!

    5. Something else to throw in here (as I have mentioned in past years from time to time).

We assume Israel was back in her land on May 14, 1948, but I take issue with that since her first real congress and elections were the next year, which happens to fit the Blood Moon Tetrad of the next couple years far better, you know... God's celestial clock and not our own reconning. Until then, it was really the UN in governance still until they became autonomous.

Which can add 2 more years to the count at the very least when the Tetrad is finished.

      Just something for thought.

  16. This discussion has me thinking about the difference between assumption and presumption. All seekers/thinkers will make thoughtful assumptions to move forward with possible scenarios, humbly acknowledging that even a single weak link in the chain can send us back to the drawing board. In my opinion, the mistake that Petr made was in his conclusion that anyone not knowing the day with certainty would be left behind. That is a presumptuous assumption. It’s moving from suppliant to Judge, which none of us have the clearance to do.

    1. Yep, that is spot on Cy. That is definitely the root of it. If someone believes, like Petr, that a born again believer will miss the rapture if they don't know the exact day Jesus is returning... well, you can imagine the fear, pressure and consequences that such a belief brings. And you can understand their zeal and sense of responsibility to make sure others know their sure-thing date, because they don't want them missing the rapture. But founded on fear, it's not healthy, nor is it true to God's word, and like a lot of traps that Christians fall into, it is ultimately based on a misunderstanding of the grace of God.

    3. THE KNOWING

Knowing that the Bridegroom was coming was not the key to the Parable of the wise and foolish virgins. Both knew that the Bridegroom was coming. Both heard the call of His coming. The deficiency of the foolish and their ill-preparedness was only revealed when they trimmed their lamps. The wise virgins were ready to come out and meet the Bridegroom because of what? Because they had oil for their lamps.

The parable doesn't teach what oil is, but Scripture does, IMHO. It is the Holy Spirit. When our hearts are rendered to God, the Bridegroom, we are ready when called at His coming because we are filled wit the Holy Spirit. We cannot give it to anyone else; it has to be given by God through humility and faith at the price of pride.

If our hearts are rendered for worldly things above and beyond the Bridegroom; totally lacking the Spirit, what then?

I would say, that's the problem.

What's the line between one and the other (being totally foolish v being just good enough?) Isn't it enough to fear God and hold Him in reverence, or shall we test Him in the name of our pride?

What must we know? I say, fear God, holding Him with all the reverence a sinner can muster, loving Him with all strength.

All eyes on Jesus, all hope in Christ,

"Anyone not knowing the day will be left behind"

Places replaces grace and supplants a promise made to the believer in whatever condition they are in their faith, and causes the promise to be conditional upon the believers works.

      What's that remind everyone of?

No. All Christians who are truly a Christian and a part of His Body go. No exceptions, no if's, and's, or but's...

    6. I have always held that the Parable of the Ten Virgins is for the Tribulation time. Not about the rapture. The Bridesmaids are not the Bride. Simple as that.

      IMHO:

The Oil is "Faith", not the Holy Spirit.

They all start with OIL, but you don't run out of Holy Spirit, you can however run out of Faith if it was based on the wrong thing. The Holy Spirit is immersive and over flowing and immeasurable. Faith comes in all sizes and lack, from ones with no faith, to the size of a mustard seed, or as an enduring faith.

The key is: Faith in what? Christ? or yourself?

If Faith is the Oil, then itis a curious comment that the 5 wise tell the 5 foolish to go to town to buy more. :)

Can you buy faith? Can you buy the Holy Spirit?

Those in the Tribulation will all start out at the same level, but only those with the extra Faith will make it to the end of their run. Only they will go to the Wedding Feast (after the Bride and Groom have already been married).

I still believe this interpretation of this parable even now.

Could it be that the drought in combination with low natgas supplies due to the closure of the Strait of Hormuz will become so worse that in Europe food becomes scarce, massive power blackouts occur and that due to the low water levels of the Rhine and Danube the European economy collapses? These things can give the antichrist a very good opportunity to come to power when there is massive civil unrest in Europe.

I was watching the Entire Story of V in 38 Minutes by the YouTube channel Seriesly, and I was not surprised how a universal vaccine was the way the entire human race on Earth was to be either culled, killed or controlled. The TV series only had 2 episodes before it was abruptly pulled. I wonder why. The connection to Aliens and vaccines is always about tampering with the human genome, as in Genesis 6.

So, on July 29, 2026, the hearing before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee came after Fauci was subpoenaed to testify by Senator Paul, who has repeatedly accused Fauci of misleading Congress and the world about the enforced COVID protocols. They included the mandated lock-downs, face masking, mRNA Emergency Use injections, social distancing and the deaths and damage that they caused as a direct result of the consequences that followed.

Ironically, then 7 days later, on August 5, 2026, 7 days before the triple celestial sign of the Solar Eclipse, planet alignment and meteor shower, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted approval of the mFLUSIVA, Moderna’s mRNA-based seasonal influenza vaccine. And? It is the 1st Flu Shot built on the same technology behind the company’s COVID-19 vaccine that killed countless people.

Here below is a synopsis of the research I compiled during those 3 years of the Medical Tyranny from 2020-23, and how now it is about the COVID Coverup. And is it not interesting that all this emphasis about the Alien Disclosure? Perhaps something is afoot. As a running ‘conspiracy theory’, I suppose that the Fallen Angels, portraying themselves as ‘Alien Saviors’ will show-up after the Rapture event to incorporate a vaccine-type of protocol that will eventually lead to the Mark of the Beast. 19. RE: Earth Birth Bangs?

So, how many earthquakes above 7.0 have occurred since January 1, 2026? There sure has been an uptick in the number of earthquakes that have been significant and terrifying as of late. Is this indicative of the Biblical Birth Pangs that perhaps is to crescendo to the Rapture? I realize this is said every year and with every increase in earthquake frequency.

It is that some End Times students of Biblical Prophecy compare the language of birthing mentioned in the Bible to that of the Rapture and how from the book of Romans, it does allude to how even Creation, as in the Earth is growing, i.e., earth-quaking for the birth of the Sons of GOD that is.

    Romans 8:22-24
We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to sonship, the redemption of our bodies. For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have?

Is it not interesting how this language is about a First Fruit feast correlation, a birthing of a ‘child’, and of coinciding with the time of the Resurrection-Rapture event that will ‘birth’ us into our new Glorified Bodies?

Check out the following statistics regarding Earth’s ‘Birth Pangs’ just for this year alone so far. According to the USGS worldwide M7+ catalog, there have been 10 earthquakes of magnitude 7.0 or greater from January 1 through August 11, 2026.

    Date – Magnitude - Location
Feb. 22 7.1 57 km NNW of Kota Belud, Malaysia
    Mar. 24 7.5 158 km W of Neiafu, Tonga
Mar. 30 7.3 51 km ENE of Luganville, Vanuatu
Apr. 1 7.4 129 km ESE of Bitung, Indonesia
Apr. 20 7.4 102 km ENE of Miyako, Japan
Jun. 7 7.8 25 km SW of Kablalan, Philippines
Jun. 24 7.2 20 km E of San Felipe, Venezuela
Jun. 24 7.5 17 km W of Catia La Mar, Venezuela
Jul. 17 7.3 52 km W of Puerto Madero, Mexico
Aug. 10 7.4 5 km E of San José del Palmar, Colombia

One thing that stands out is that 4 of the 10 have occurred since June 24. It is including 2 M7+ events essentially back-to-back in Venezuela and now the one in Colombia. And there are more to come. Will it reach a crescendo that will mirror the ‘Birth’ of the Saints, assuming a Rapture model for 2026? What I will be looking closely at is the 3rd of the 3 First Fruit feasts, the New Oil. As noted before, it falls on 9-11 or September 11, 2026. Could that be when Jesus will be ‘anointing’ His Bride with the New Oil, prophetically speaking?

As to the triple celestial sign occurring on August 12, 2026?

= 30 day to September 11, 2026 (Eve of Yom Teruah or Feast of Trumpets.)

= 720 hours (A fractal of 72 hours as in duration of Jesus in the grave.)

= First Fruit of the New Oil, Per Lu Vega’s calculation :)

If we factor the last day of the Perseid Meteor Shower of August 13, 2026?

      + 40 days = September 22, 2026

= Eve of the end of the astronomical Summer, start of Autumn.

= Eve of the 9-year anniversary of the Revelation 12 Sign.

Consider the possible inference of 9 being equivalent to ‘9 months’.

    6. Looking at a birth cycle from our dates of interest is certainly worthy of looking at! Counting 40 weeks back from my watch date of 7 OCT 26 lands on New Year's Eve, 2026 (31 DEC 25); while 37 weeks (suspected watermark number, 12th prime) ending on 7 OCT 26 begins at 21 JAN 26 -- the day the Board of Peace was established at the World Economic Forum at Davos this year. Day counts from that event are, IMHO, STUNNING!!!!

      Today already checks boxes for,

      1) Sun darkened (Solar eclipse)
      2) Moon will not shine (New moon perfect conjunction)
      3) Stars will fall from heaven (Meteor shower, Perseid peaks tonight)

Some hard signs to ignore in this age we live in; all of which may culminate in that which Jesus teaches us through both Matthew and Mark with His coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

Does that mean we should expect today as the Day of our Blessed Hope? I certainly would love that, yes, but I believe this is a sign. One piece to add to that sign is the host of heaven aligned before the Earth (Parade of Planets) with Venus being the hold-out. As it is, the bright morning star is in the constellation Virgo as the Sun approaches from Leo to begin it's 10th transit of the virgin since the R12S on September 16, 2026.

Other day counts coming from 21 JAN 26 include,

      1) 40 days to Purim (Civil) / Total Lunar Eclipse
      2) 70 days to Pesach (Civil)
      3) 120 days to Shavuot (Civil)
      4) 120 Days to death of Moses on Mt Nebo

Another potential anchor date is the Bethlehem Star which came on June 9, 2026,

      1) 120 days to the Great Day
      2) 25 days to America's 250th birthday
      3) 50 days to Sanhedrin petitioning heaven
      4) 64 days to Total Solar Eclipse, August 12, 2026
      5) 80 days to the Partial Lunar Eclipse (Very deep 96% totality), August 28, 2026

...with the very deep lunar eclipse falling 40 days before the Great Day. There's always more to share and that's true for this study as well.

  21. There's a lot of disagreement between Christians on when the Rapture happens; before, during, or after Daniel's 70th Week. And I know that Scott Clarke no longer holds the same pre-Trib view that he once had. That's fine. I don't believe anyone fully understands God's plan. But I do appreciate those moments when people with differences still fall into alignment.

In this video, Scott makes it clear that he believes the 70th Week will begin this Fall. And he shows the late September 2026 night sky, with the "bright and morning star" of Venus going into retrograde motion immediately around the "harvest star" of Spica, the right hand of Virgo.

This further leads to his supposition that Passover of 2030 is the midpoint of the Week, and the beginning of the 3.5 years of Great Tribulation. And this event is marked by the full moon coming to position immediately on Virgo's hand as well.

Again, I won't argue with him, or anyone else, about when we go up to be with the Lord. I don't think that conflict is useful. But Scott, himself, points out that Venus (the Lord) is turning and coming back to circle around his harvest church next month. And I think that's significant enough to point out. See what you think.

    Completely unrelated:

I'd also just like to mention that my favorite picks for the 2 witnesses are Enoch and Elijah. Two of the most faithful witnesses to God's power and promise. The only two witnesses to never have died a physical death. But they will come back for that express purpose during the 70th Week. And they will preach a message they know all-too-well. But why have they been prepared to deliver such a radically supernatural "revelation?" Because the restraining Church body is no longer present to do so. Just as God receives glory through the offering of grace, He will receive love through the rescue of His loved ones.

Wouldn't any father or husband do the same?

    1. RE: The 2 Witnesses?

      Jeremy,
I can see why many Brethren subscribe to the notion that the 2 Witnesses will be or could very well be Enoch and Elijah. As noted, in both cases, they did not experience physical death. And it would balance the Jew and non-Jew element of Dispensations for the period of the coming Tribulation Period, all inclusive, etc. It could very well be the case. However, here are some considerations to ponder.

      1) Nowhere in the context, that I am aware of at least, does it infer or even hint that the 2 Witnesses are qualified to be so because they never had died.

      2) As to Dispensations of the Gentile and Jew? Consider that no ‘Jew’, as being known apart as Hebrews or Israelites existed before Jacob, much less before the Flood of Noah.

      3) If one is subscribing to a pre-Tribulation Rapture model, then I would venture to say that Elijah is not even pertinent or relatable to the Church Age Dispensation. And that Enoch would not be the same for the Jews during the Tribulation Period.

Or in other words, the 70th Week of Daniel is totally having to do with Jehovah finishing Israel’s disciple. It is for the last Sabbath of Years that Israel still owes for not keeping the Sabbath of the Land, etc. And that, some other Brethren argue, that a better contextual and prophetic ‘fit’ during the Tribulation period would be Moses and Elijah for that very reason. The reason being, that Israel, during the Tribulation Period will start where it left off from Daniel’s prophecy, of being in a state of rebellion and apostacy..

This is, after all at the core of the Olivet Discourse and time marker, i.e., of the Abomination of Desolation. Consider how in the both cases of Moses and Elijah, they were the 2 prominent Prophets that dealt with Israel’s hardness of heart, unbelief, and rebellion, etc. And at the Revelation 12-time marker, it is where the Remnant will have that Exodus 2.0 provision. And if you realize that the place of that sanctuary will be Petra, the river that runs through the region is call the Wadi of Musa, interesting.

Since the last week Daniel solely deals with redeeming Israel, who better than the Jews to deal with the 2 Prophets that they can relate to, historically, racially and biblically. This is at least based on one’s present comprehension about it. See the 8:34 minute marker in this video of mine in how, I try to explain and transpose what occurred on the Mount of Transfiguration, which I am convened was Mount Hermon, to what occurred on Mount Sinai. And how both Moses and Elijah are directly tied to both mountains and what Jesus had to say to them about their mission during the Tribulation Period.

  22. @ Gary and others,

I've been looking at the 24 Elders in Revelation 5:9, and I'm wondering if there's any strong evidence that they are representatives of the Raptured Church, as opposed to simply being representative of almost 2,000 years of Believers taken home beforehand, since the crucifixion of Christ.

    Any input? Thanks.

    1. Hey Jeremy, I'll throw one quick point in. They are seen with a (stéphanos) crown - which is promised as a reward to believers. And we don't get our rewards/crowns UNTIL the Chief Shepherd appears.

1Pe 5:4 And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the unfading crown of glory.

    2. RE: Who are the 24 Elders around the Throne?

      Jeremy,
What seals the deal for me that the 24 Elders are emblematic of the Bride of Christ is that thematically, it is understood that the purpose for Christ acquiring a Bride, by blood is to have her co-rule and be the co-heir with Christ. This is amazing.

      ROMANS 8:16-18
The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are GOD’s Children. And if we are Children, then we are Heirs: heirs of GOD and Co-Heirs with Christ— if indeed we suffer with Him, so that we may also be glorified with Him. I consider that our present sufferings are not comparable to the glory that will be revealed in us.

Now, if half are representing Old Testament Believers? That is up for debate as we see how the New Jerusalem has the monikers of both the foundation named after the 12 Apostles and the 12 Gates named after the 12 tribes of Israel. But notice that both are within the Old Testament domain, but it is Christ Jesus, GOD the Son that has been given all power and authority to rule.

So, in one’s mind, the 24 Elders would be exclusively the Bride of Christ of only New Testament Believers. But as it has been noted, the 24 cycles of Priest set up by King David for worship around the Temple of Jehovah is very telling. But if we know that Jesus is the Greater David, it resonates still in how the King in Glory will be surrounded by His Kingdom of that Royal Priesthood, etc.

      REVELATION 1:5-6
And from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To Him who loves us and has released us from our sins by His blood, who has made us to be a kingdom, priests to His God and Father— to Him be the glory and power forever and ever! Amen.

As I also understand it, the Bride of Christ is a phenomenon that has only been in place since the Crucifixion and concluded with the commission grafting that last Gentile to be saved. That is what will exactly constitute the Bride of Christ. The key for me that the 24 Elders are emblematic of the New Testament Bride of Christ is how this cohort of the 24 Elder are redeemed by blood.

      REVELATION 5:8-10
When He had taken the scroll, the 4 Living Creatures and the 24 Elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp, and they were holding golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the Saints. And they sang a new song: “Worthy are You to take the Scroll and open its Seals, because You were slain, and by Your blood You purchased for God those from every tribe and tongue and people and nation. You have made them to be a Kingdom and Priests to serve our God, and they will reign upon the Earth.”

To my understanding, I know of no other species of creation, Fallen or Good Angles, beings or Living Creatures disclosed in the Bible that GOD the Son has shed His blood for, other than for Adam’s fallen race. Please correct me if one is wrong.

  23. Elgordo and Lu,

Thank you for responding. I've tried to pursue intellectual honesty with this topic and ask myself whether or not it's possible that the 24 Elders are Christians of the past. Of course, they appear to be ironclad Believers like us, and possibly us, but is that necessarily so?

I do like what you said, Elgordo, about the crowns. It is a hopeful sign that they're wearing something that doesn't get handed out until Christ's "appearing." Depending on context, I'd say that it's not definite proof, but it is hopeful. Exceptions I can think of might be that He already appeared to them due to their earthly death. Or that they're wearing a crown other than that of glory. Et cetera, et cetera.

And Lu, I also concur with your Bride and Heir analogy. It is certainly true that the Elders could be a Priestly Course, and not just the Tribes or Apostles incarnate. But in that heavenly scene, we're definitely looking at a group of 24 brothers and sisters who've already reached their earthly end. Is that any guarantee that the Rapture has happened for those in our day? I don't know that it is.

Thinking about this, I do admit that today is the first day I've ever imagined what it would be like if the Priestly Course was a course of one. I've always pictured us ruling from a throne with him as a collective group. Maybe taking turns, sure, but always in groups, at least. Can you imagine if it was like the old movies and stories, where He would be sitting on His throne, and there would be a day when it was only YOUR turn to sit by His side on the Queen's throne . . . by yourself? Just you and Him? And then another would share that throne for a day or a time after you. And so on, and so on. That's kind of crazy to picture.

Separately, I have to be careful when I listen to Scott Clarke, because he is often very full of himself. He is intelligent and aware, but painfully prideful about believing that he is correct about everything. And I don't wish to be that way. When he mocks the pre-Trib crowd which he once belonged to, it wears on me, but I try to understand his argument and then I move on.

    1. Scott believes that this Fall will see a Peace Treaty and not a Rapture. But when I look out the window, it seems like something very BIG is around the corner. Is it a Peace Treaty in September/October, then broken by a unilateral act that releases the horsemen? Or is it a force and reaction that releases the horsemen, and the response is peace?

More important to us . . . is it possible that the pre-Trib Rapture is real and imminent, and that it opens the door for the horsemen or the peace treaty? Or would such a Rapture be too focused and obvious? Is this yet another case where the Lord acts in a way we would never have guessed? How much of that pre-Trib Rapture is faith, and how much is hope?

There is certainly truth to the fact that Jesus spoke of a return and wedding and rescue. But I'm sure that many of you understand what I mean when I say that it's hard to hope for the supernaturally indescribable when you're always trying to speak life to others, and they only want to use the language of "natural and reasonable and logical."

I don't expect anyone to have the answer. I certainly don't. I still like to call myself a "pre-Trib believer with footnotes." I can see the possible contextual clues for a pre-Seal 6 Rapture case at the latest, but some of the heavy questions weigh on me. For example, if it is appointed for men to die once, is it possible that death is a necessary teaching moment for all? But that has refutation as well, because many people die without ever having learned a single lesson from that sudden and foolish moment when they "shuffled off their mortal coil." So, I'm still left scratching my head at His purpose, if that were the case.

It does not equate that just because Noah and Lot and others were pulled out of the trials, that we should necessarily be so removed. But it is possible that the harpazo of millions could be just as significant to the plot of the story. And I do know that I'm tired enough to need it.

In moments like these, I like to listen to the stories of Near Death Experiences. Or reliable stories of miracles and visions of others. The expressions and impressions that fellow Christians have gotten from our great God in times of need and trial and prayer and petition.

I am the most hopeful of skeptics. But there is no doubt that we will have our answer at the right time. The Bible, from cover to cover, is a book of appointed times. That much is clear.

    4. Ii thought I'd quickly chime in on the identity of the two witnesses and the 24 elders.

The two witnesses are either Elijah and Moses or come in the spirit of them. The 24 elders are, I believe, taken from the OT saints that Jesus freed from Abraham's Bosom or Paradise. There were the first to enter heaven with Jesus. Enoch could make sense to me as he was Gentile by definition and was taken at 365 years old, but I'm still of a mind that it's Elijah and Moses.

    5. I tend to agree.

      [Part 1]

My reasoning is based on two presentations of the 24 Elders (one before the Scroll was taken chapter 4 and 5, and the other at the Great Multitude break, in the 7th and 8th chapters of Revelation). As well as, IMHO, an error in tense in context in the KJV interpretation of the first presentation and the song sung.

      - Two different positions in (I can't say "time" here since this is eternity) a flow of conditions and action.

IMHO, the KJV mucks up the nature and tense of the song in the first presentation in chapter 5 making it personal to the Elders, instead of a corporate nature in the Third person.

At first we are presented the throne, the One who sits on it, the Angels, the Four Living Creatures, the 24 Elders, all worshiping and giving honor to the Lord.

We are presented with the scroll (the Title Deed of Creation, the scroll that will produce the 7 seals to come), in the hand of the One on the throne.

A mighty Angel cries out who is worthy to take it?

At this point in scripture, no one has been able to.

This presents a challenge if men are saved by grace already and make up the 24 Elders in some way. I tend to think they are not human as we are, but at best they would be of the Old Testament Saints. Truly none of us will be Human as we are now when we arrive there at the throne. :)

But I digress. The point being that in Chapter 5, the Lamb has arrived and is able to take it, and they sing a song in worship about Christ's worthiness.

It is here we see the Lamb presented, as if just now, to me meaning that this is when Christ arrived after ascension. This would also preclude saved Christians being here in this moment as the Elders.

notice also in verse 8 specifically that they carry the prayers of the saints in golden bowls. Why bother if you are made up of the Saints already?

No, this isn't a moment with the redeemed yet. That comes later with the Great Multitude, when there is a differentiation between the Elders and the now redeemed who have just entered heaven at the throne in chapter 7 and 8.

Concerning the song and the KJV take on it:

G2248 Hemas - (our, us, we)

      - - -
8 And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four [and] twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.

9 And they sung a new song, saying,

Thou art worthy to take the book,
and to open the seals thereof:
for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood
      out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
      - - -

Compared to say, the Berean Study Bible:

G846 Autous (He, she, it, they, them, same) [Third person]

      - - -
8 When He had taken the scroll,
the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb.
Each one had a harp, and they were holding golden bowls full of incense,
which are the prayers of the saints.

9 And they sang a new song:

“Worthy are You to take the scroll and open its seals,
      because You were slain,
and by Your blood You purchased for God
those from every tribe and tongue and people and nation.

10 You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God,
and they will reign upon the earth.”
      - - -

Or even say the NASB (also in third person):

8 When He had taken the book,
the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb,
each one holding a harp and golden bowls full of incense,
which are the prayers of the saints.

9 And they sang a new song, saying,

      "Worthy are You to take the book and to break its seals;
for You were slain, and purchased for God with Your blood
[men] from every tribe and tongue and people and nation.

      10 "You have made them [to be] a kingdom and priests to our God;
and they will reign upon the earth."

    6. [Part 2]

I must also call out the frequent reference to the Martyred souls under the alter in Seal 5, who are indeed souls waiting for the final redemptive act of Christ to be completed (IE Rapture and Resurrection of the Saints). They are not redeemed fully, they have no Glorified body here. This is why they are told to wait a while longer for their brethren to be Martyred as well.

My position on the Seals is that, they began being opened almost immediately after Christ's Ascension when He took possession of that scroll, and have been progressively opened and increasing in effect ever since like Birth Pains.

Both Paul and John speak about the [Spirit of Anti- Christ] already at work in the world during the time of their writings. This would cover the White Horse rider well, since Christ has already Ascended long decades before Paul and John, and this rider goes about conquering and to conquer with an empty bow (be it a weapon or a covenant). The implication is still conquering by presumption intimidation, or coercion, any fraudulent means to claim authority. Basically Fear, Obligation, or Guilt. Classic Narcissistic means of any antichrist spirit.

      The Red Horse (War)
The Black Horse (Famine and Inflation)
The Pale/Green Horse (Death and the Grave)

All four have been riding since day one.

I consider that we are at Seal 5 with the Martyred Souls under the Alter waiting for the Rapture and Resurrection like the rest of us are.

This position on the seals is of the nature that the Seals are not the wrath and judgment of God, which comes specifically addressed in chapter 6 verse 16-17, in plural, as the wrath of the One on the Throne, and the Wrath of the Lamb as coming next.

If the Seals were part of the wrath at the very least we have an issue in logical flow here. How does something start, if it is already in play?

This exclusion of the seals as part of the Tribulation or Wrath in the vary least, preserves the Rapture and Resurrection of the Saints in a pre-wrath and pre-Trib condition, and seemingly points to them happening in the Sixth seal event.

Altogether, the intermission between Seal 6 and Seal 7 with the 144k and the Great Multitude, points to the Great Multitude being the Grace Age Saints and not the Tribulation Saints.

In Chapter 7, we get clues about the Great Multitude and who they are.

In verse 14 I want to point out a flaw that many claim from this verse concerning "great tribulation". This is a Adjective about hard trial that has been endured and persevered through, not a title for a period of time, that has only recently become a term for the 7 year Tribulation we speak of.

It cannot be used therefor as a proof that the Great Multitude is made up of Tribulation Saints.

One other thing I will point out here is, there is a mirror parenthesis with the intermission (chapter7) stuck between the 6th Seal and the 7th Seal.

We find the 7th seal at the beginning of chapter 8, and it is not as most claim, about the 7 trumpets, but an opposite position of reference (I believe is the same event in Seal 6).

Seal 6 covers the event and it's repercussions on the earth globally, while Seal 7 ironically is what caused them from heaven with the Angel who hurled the Golden Censer filled with fire from the altar, incense, and the prayers of the saints at the earth.

This I believe initiates the wrath of the Lamb (Trumpets), and following will come the wrath of the Father on the throne in the Bowl Judgments.

Aside from this, I think there is an issue in the transition of Chapter 12 and 13 in Revelation in the KJV. Who exactly is standing on the shore watching the rise of the beast of the sea?

Here some older bibles as well as newer ones the first verse of Chapter 13 is actually the last verse of Chapter 12. And it is not John who is listed, but the Red Dragon from previous verses watching the rise of the beast of the sea.

I think again there is an error in tense in the fact that the KJV calls John as the viewer on the shore in the first verse of Chapter 13 of the KJV.

Now don't get me wrong, I do love the KJV, but it's things like this that send every believer who is searching out scriptures into a tizzy. :)

    8. Jack, that’s also what I’ve understood for quite some time. I felt like I was somewhat alone in thinking this way. You described everything just as I see it too, and it’s better written than if I had written it myself.

I do not claim to possess the truth; I am simply asking the same questions you are. The way Jesus appears at the beginning—when the Father hands Him the scroll—suggests to me that this took place right at the start, at the moment of Jesus' resurrection, and that the seals began to open immediately after His arrival in heaven, once His sacrifice was accomplished. The trumpets would mark the beginning of destruction and judgment, but we are not here to undergo the trumpets and the bowls. In all my Bibles—Louis Segond, Darby, fluent French, etc.—the word "us" does not appear when the twenty-four elders address Jesus during the song; instead, they say "You have made them"—and this applies not only to your *King James Version* but also to the various translations in my own language.

I think the seals are open and that we are in the fifth one. The only thing that makes me have some doubts is that, in the answer given to John, the saints come out of the Great Tribulation; so, why are they there if it refers to us? The trumpets had not yet begun to sound for the start of the Great Tribulation. 🤷‍♀️ I think no one really knows for sure.

    10. Basically all Christians go through great trial in their lives, and we are called to endure patiently (persevere).

This is for all of the faithful really.

As far as the seals, there has been deception from the beginning when Christ ascended. There has been war since the beginning, there has been famine and inflation since the beginning, there has been death and the grave since the beginning, and there have been Martyrs since the beginning.

These riders are not persons but spiritual entities, which certainly is the case for the Pale horse rider.

The numbers of the dead in percentage in just the seals alone is accumulative since the beginning. We tend to think of prophecy as a moment in time, when in reality prophecy often fulfills over decades or centuries, or even millennia.

In the here and now with 8 billion lives on the planet, 1/4 or 1/2 of the population is a huge number, but compared to that of 2000+ years?

  25. Jeremy,

You said, "More important to us . . . is it possible that the pre-Trib Rapture is real and imminent, and that it opens the door for the horsemen or the peace treaty?"

Vital questions and quite reasonable ones to ask, ask in prayer and get still to listen. Ultimately, those questions drove me back into the Word over and over and over again. What I came back with was this,

    1) The tribulation began at the giving of the Great Commission
    2) John of Patmos gives witness to the era we live in (Revelation 1:9)
    3) The first seal (white horse) is the Spirit-filled church sent forth to conquer
    4) The remaining riders are what is to be overcome
    5) Bridal imagery is key to understanding the harpazo
    6) (Joel 2:16) suggest an eighth day coming of the Bridegroom
    7) The harpazo is seen in the sixth seal

...the list goes on and on. In a sense, what I've found is not a pre-trib harpazo, but a pre-70th week harpazo. Is there a gap between the coming of the Bridegroom (Wrath of the Lamb) and the beginning of the 70th week? Perhaps, although if there is I think it's on the order of days.

So I don't seen a need to be bound to a strict pre-trib interpretation of the order of events. That's where I started but personal study led me in new directions (albeit, not popular ones). Something I can live with.

Back to your question, "More important to us . . . is it possible that the pre-Trib Rapture is real and imminent, and that it opens the door for the horsemen or the peace treaty?" If the Rapture were pre-trib, Jesus would have taken us home with Him at His Ascension. Is the Rapture real. Absolutely. Is the Rapture imminent? Yes, and no. To us, it can happen at any time and we should live accordingly. To God, no. It's a fixed event in temporal space time. All historical events will unfold according to His plan and His will -- thus fixed in time. Yes, I'm a dispensationalist too. Is the Rapture required to opens the door for the horsemen? I would argue, no. Will there be a peace treaty? Yes, if you want to call it that.

A different perspective, but one found through years of personal study, prayer and listening.

Keep digging and listening for yourself,

    PR

  26. Hey Jack. If interested, Lee Brainard from Soothkeep recently did a video on why the Church doesn't go through any of the seals and had some useful information on the elders and in particular the 'us' vs 'people' version difference you mentioned from Rev 5:9. He is convinced that the KJV is correct on this and states why. Only 20 mins, and he also another video specifically on Rev 5:9 which is a deep dive.

  27. RE: 24 Elders and the Strong’s G2248 – hēmas = ‘US’

If I may add to the conversation and offer these perspectives. In Spanish, my native tongue, as they say, the word for ‘US’ is directed in the 1st Person tense to mean ‘us’ and not ‘THEM’. I have capitalized the portion that every Spanish reader would clearly understand, without a doubt, that the passage is from a 1st person perspective.

    APOCALIPSIS 5:9
    Reina-Valera 1960
    Y cantaban un nuevo cántico, diciendo: Digno eres de tomar el libro y de abrir sus sellos; porque tú fuiste inmolado, y con tu sangre NOS HAS redimido para Dios, de todo linaje y lengua y pueblo y nación;

Here is the deal for me regarding the identity of the 24 Elders. If one interprets the word to be ‘THEM’, rather than ‘US’, no problem. But then, this same word that is used over countless times in the New Testament has to also be changed to ‘THEM’ and not ‘US’. Obviously, one’s point is that it would be illogical if not ridiculous. See the list of verses from the Blue Letter bible that use the same exact Strong’s G2248, etc.

    Strong's G2248 – hēmas = ‘US’
    https://www.blueletterbible.org/lexicon/g2248/kjv/tr/0-1/

Based on my research, where one is at on this topic’s learning curve is that it boils down to which Manuscript one is reading the New Testament from and is referenced from. I side with the King James on this one because it is based on the Textus Receptus or Byzantine Manuscripts, as is the Spanish Bible. The modern translations use the Alexandrian ones, that in my estimation have been introduced to deliberately obfuscate and water-down the Doctrines, Theology and Teachings of Jesus and the Apostles.

This is thanks to the work of Westcott and Hort who introduced the Alexandrian Gnostic versions. They were pseudo-Christians at best, but in reality, they were Liberal and Spiritualists who, in one’s opinion were used to compromise the integrity of the New Testament. Granted, coming out of Roman Catholicism, I am very sensitive to this. My journey of discover began with reading, The 2 Babylon’s by Alexander Hislop and New Age Bible Versions by Gail Riplinger's. I concurred with all that was presented.

  28. Well... :)

I will just say that I have been through those arguments before, and I once held them myself at one point.

An example would be the assumption that the Church is raptured in the beginning of Chapter 4, because of John's being caught away in the spirit to be shown things in heaven. And from that claiming that the church is already in heaven at that point. It also forces one to assume that the book of Revelation is sequentially chronological, which it is most definitely not. It has separate sections with separate themes which are chronological in their own right, but many are happening at the same time just with different characters and focus.

John's catching away in the spirit is a very different thing than a corporeal Rapture and Resurrection. Both of which are about changing either a dead body or a living body into an eternal body, and joining a separated spirit to it.

John's catching away is personal and not corporate in nature. I believe Christ would use different wording if it were the case. I believe Paul and other's being caught up in spirit are examples in difference also.

I will stop here as, I still feel that what I have posted makes more sense to me, but I am not intending to push my take here, as it was more of an comment for an above conversation with my supporting reasons.

I could be and may be wrong about this. Or y'all could be, or all of us could be. :)

I still believe the Word is inerrant but only in the original languages of Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek. We lose so much in the modern languages, even the older versions of English.

Above all, I believe that the Bible interprets itself very much by it's own context.

When it comes to prophecy, who among us can really say for sure until an obvious fulfillment arrives.

These are great conversations when they remain civil. ;)

I could be wrong, y'all could be wrong, we all could be wrong. :D

    1. Sorry for the repeat. That last line was supposed to have been removed.

I do my greatest editing after I post.

  30. Movies and re-releases at my local theater in the next few months:

    Nimrods
    Castle in the Sky
    Terminator 2: Judgment Day
    Fall 2: Deadpoint
    Onslaught
    The Hunger Games
    Hope
    The Passion of the Christ
    Heaven in Stone and Glass
    Daniel and the Fiery Furnace
    Spirited Away
    Angel and the Badman
    Adore Him: He is Here
    Gone With the Wind
    Avengers: Doomsday

Most of those are pretty self-explanatory, but let me speak for just a moment to two others:

The Dog Stars . . . A post-apocalyptic novel set 9 years after a flu outbreak and disease. And the main character flies a small plane that he's named "the Beast."

A beast in 2029? And a reference to the Dog Star, which the West African Dogon culture points to as the home of their visiting sky gods?

Insidious: Out of the Further . . . A young mother "realizes that she can travel into The Further, the purgatorial realm of lost souls at the heart of the Insidious universe. When something evil comes after her, [she] discovers an ability that changes everything: she doesn’t just enter The Further, she can bring what lives there back to the real world. Once the demons realize her power, our world becomes their playground."

Prophecy has never been more relevant if you stick to keyword searches and taglines.
