Prophecy Fulfilled - Violence Upon the Earth Increases
USA Today Reports that Homicide rates are soaring in major cities across the US.
This is in direct fulfillment of "the increase of wickedness" (Matthew 24:12, NIV) which was foretold by Christ.
Paul tells us of terrible times to come where people will be "without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God" (II Timothy 3:3-4, NIV).
Lest we harden our hearts to the reality of what this means, I ask you to look upon this widow's pain as she mourns the loss of her recently murdered husband. (story)
