I don't know what to make out of stuff like this. People talking about dark objects in space that cannot be measured. I am no astrophysicist.
According to this man, many scientists believe this is true.
So who knows, but it does fit, with a prophetic scenario that has been in the back of my mind.
Who is Gog and Magog?
Gog, Magog, Rosh, Meshech and Tubal is commonly believed to be Russia and Iran.
Russia, China and Iran back Syria
Ezekiel 35 speaks of God's destruction of Mount Seir and Edom. This is the Petra area of Jordan. South east of Israel. See the parallel in 2 Chronicles 20.
Obviously Ezekiel 35 occurs before the Ezekiel 38-39 war.
Interestingly Jeremiah 49, Psalms 83, Isaiah 17 and Obadiah all speak of this, but in so they combine this war not only with the people of Jordan, but also with Israel's many direct neighbors, including Syria and Lebanon.
Even before this, God speaks of Egypt's destruction in Ezekiel 28 and 29.

We've gone backwards from Ezekiel 38 and 39 back to Ezekiel 28 and 29.
We see in the news everyday, that Israel is ready to attack. Netanyahu is coming to meet with President Obama.

So here is the point.
We see Israel and Iran ready to get into it. Their fleets are in the water. The Straits of Hormuz are congested with U.S. Navy warships, Iranian warships. Israel is in the Mediterranean. The U.S. and Russia are there.
If the Ezekiel 38 and 39 conflict is imminent, how much closer the sneak attack from Lebanon, Syria and Jordan?
Israel is to be taken by surprise, but they when and Damascus, Syria (the capital - where Asad is generating all of the destruction of his own people) is destroyed in a day.
Luke 21:20-24 tells us that Israel will be surrounded.
We know Israel wants to attack, but it is one thing to want it badly and quite another to order the implementation.
Israel knows 10's of thousands of rockets are aimed at their little postage stamp country. Iran may very well have nuclear weapons to destroy. We know Syria as WMD's and biological weapons. Millions of Israelis may die.
You have to be pushed all the way to the wall, to give in to this.
So what will push Israel to that wall?
America is the great ace in the hole for Israel. At least that is their perspective.
It should be God and they should relax, but so it is.
What would happen if America were out of the picture? We've seen great troop redeployment into Israel and her friendly neighbors as the Afghanistan and Iraq wars have ended.
Washington certainly hasn't jumped out and vigorously defended Israel. Threatening war and heating up the tension.
What is some event, maybe a planetary, solar system alignment, caused a large west coast seismic event, that caused massive damage? What is we are "mystery babylon".

What is one more terrorist attack hit America as we are reeling from a massive disaster?
If there is a dirty bomb, whose was it? What was it made of? How to we figure it out? Who are to declare war against? We didn't detect a ICBM on radar coming from Siberia or from China. It came from somewhere. A submarine perhaps, but whose?
China, Russia, Iran, Venezula, Cuba, Pakistan and many others want us all dead.
Will we sit in indecision? Who will we attack?
Will America be so balled up in their own disaster, that Israel feels completely surrounded.
Lastly doesn't God always punish His own children first. Don't we expect pagans to act like pagans? Doesn't God always expect His children to act like the people they know they should be?
Billy Graham famously said "if God doesn't judge America, apologies to Sodom and Gomorrah".
We believe the Rapture of the church is imminent. I am in the Rosh Hoshanna camp. Meaning that the Rapture will happen during the Jewish New Year, also called the Feast of Trumpets. This comes about every September or October. The next one is 16-September.
If the rapture is close, how much closer is war with Russia, Iran, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Egypt?
If Israel is to be surrounded and God owes one more big judgement to His people, how imminent is that?
If Israel is planning a March launch, is there something that will nail that coffin shut? America's demise?
Of course all of this is speculation and that's why this is a blog.

thank you so much for this posting. certainly much here to take away from in what you've written. i have to say i am pretty much in this camp also. we have some surprises along the way i'm sure but many things are "popping" in the headlines that look to me to be more of the Scriptures fulfillment coming up this year. the birth pangs seem to be getting stronger and happening closer together in world events--all that will soon produce something! the world in it's evil continually is headed straight to the point of no return if we are seeing what i believe what we are seeing of these last days.
