Goes to show you that you can only raise taxes so far. You can only oppress people so long. I suppose the tolls that aren't being paid will result in shutdowns of services. Sanity is not the name of the game. Pay the toll - use the road. Don't pay - you won't have it. Nothings free. Insanity, rebellion and revolt - anarchy.
