Without excuse

I just received a news letter from the CEO of PepsiCo, one of the largest companies in the world. As far as I know she is not a follower of the one God.

Unbelief and Its Consequences

For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.

As 2011 draws to a close, I find myself reflecting back on a year full of accomplishments, and looking forward with great anticipation to the year ahead. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your hard work and dedication throughout the year and to encourage you to enjoy this holiday season, reconnect with family and friends (over our delicious beverages and snacks of course) and return with renewed confidence that we are the best team in the business.

This has been an unforgettable year on so many levels, but once again, we showed the power of PepsiCo when we all come together. Beyond the economic challenges and the rising costs of commodities like corn, sugar and oil, this was an unprecedented year of natural disasters and political transitions. No corner of the globe was spared as we faced a tsunami in Japan, earthquakes in New Zealand and Turkey, flooding in Australia and Thailand, wildfires, blizzards and tornados across the U.S. and famine in East Africa.
