ReplyDeleteIt strikes me that this is happening at the major Israel's feast day Simchat Thora, 50 years after the Yom Kippur war in 1973 and after talks of peace between Israel and Saudi Arabia.

Putin made some stern warnings yesterday that if Russia is attacked, retaliation would be severe. He probably knew this today was getting ready to break out in Israel. This is probably the beginning of the scenario of the 2 Kings 2 Elijah Rapture/bear attack scenario getting ready to play out - but this time, it is the Church who will disappear. The process to a 2024 Rapture followed by the bear hit may have just begun. Or, the Rapture may well be before this year is out. But judging on the Exodus pattern, I say it is likely the beginning process of a 2024 Rapture. In the end, no one including me can say positively that it will go down like that. But like I always say, pattern is prophecy. Not all the time, but a good chunk is. That's how God rolls as demonstrated time and time again throughout scripture. Is the 2 Kings 2 and Exodus Rapture pattern two of those patterns that is destined to play out in the end just before the Rapture? I say yes. But time will tell. As always, there is probably something in the puzzle mish mash that we (I) am not seeing. Could be 2023?
It was just last month that the Burning Man festival disaster occurred. Did anyone notice all of the news coverage of this event? I did a google search of the event and almost all of the headlines covering that event contained the word "Exodus." Taking a look at an aerial picture of the event, it resembled an Egyptian Scarab beetle (apparently, according to some).

This unprecedented attack on Israel feels biblical in proportion. I found myself thinking about King David today and the attack on Ziklag recorded in 1 Samuel 30:1-3 where the Amalekites burned the city and took the sons, daughters and wives of King David and others hostage. He and his men cried until they had no more tears left, but then he encouraged himself in the Lord, fought back and recovered all. I know King David’s faith in the Lord no doubt played a large part in this recovery, and that blindness in part has befallen the Jews, but I still hope and pray that the Israeli hostages in Gaza will be rescued and brought home alive. I wish the pullout from Gaza in 2005 had never happened as it set in motion today’s appalling events. I feel today was the beginning of Jews starting to realize that their faith must be not in their vaunted military or intelligence services, but in No Other than the Lord God of Israel Who Reigns Supreme from Everlasting to Everlasting.

Sadly, until the Tribulation, these people will not wholeheartedly return and bow before their true King - Jesus.
ReplyDeleteI hope this leads to blessing on Israel - previous major wars seem to increase Israel in some way (gaining them land, respect, etc). Perhaps, as someone mentioned above, they'll get their temple.
I pray for the protection of the children, the civilian families, the soldiers, and more. May our God deliver out of the hands of evil men all who need it. May hearts turn to Him who alone can save.

Nothing about this smells right. Gaza is heavily policed and surveilled. The Israel-Gaza border is heavily fortified. And Israel was caught off guard? I don't believe that.

ReplyDeleteNow that we're on the doorstep of the earliest arrival of the two witnesses, per the study model I've been developing, I thought I would expand the model to explore more dates. What dates? For those who don't already know, I've been looking at the concept that the two witnesses personify the last generation of Israel and that their death marks the end of the generation given by Moses in (Psalm 90:10).
The 80th year (counted in prophetic years) since the foundation of Israel or 28,800th day since the first assembly of the Provisional State Council of Israel on May 14, 1948 will be Thursday, March 25, 2027. *IF* the two witnesses do represent the last generation as given by Moses then that day is the earliest that they may be killed. Counting by 360 day prophetic years the latest they may be killed would be on the 359th day of the 80th year which would be Monday, May 15, 2028. The day AFTER the 80th year from the foundation of Israel by the Gregorian calendar. (Sunday, May 14, 2028)
Understanding the particulars of (Revelation 11) it seems most likely that they would be killed over Purim. People (Jews) are celebrating and giving gifts. Even secular Jews party and give gifts over Purim! *IF* that is the case then the latest that the 80th generation would find its end would be on Sunday, March 12, 2028 with their resurrection and the massive EQ occurring sometime on Thursday, March 16, 2028. Purim!
Is this the Rapture you ask? No.
This part of the model is all about the middle of the 70th week and where the Second Woe would come to pass per (Revelation 11).
*IF* this is the latest that the two witnesses would be killed then their ministry would begin 1,260 days prior to their resurrection and harpazo. When would that be?
During Rosh Hashana (Yom Teruah) next year somewhere between Thursday, October 3, 2024 and Friday, October 4, 2024. This would be the beginning of the 70th week.
Is this a realistic fit?
I'd say ABSOLUTELY!!!!
Given that at least ONE red heifer IS READY to sacrifice TODAY and ALL of them appear to be on track to be ready for sacrifice later this month - all or some of the red heifers may be available for sacrifice Pesach, 2024. With that, the Third Temple could be built barring any political constraints.
This is still a very preliminary model as I like to check it several times but it is looking promising and points to a Yom Kippur return in the year 2031. It also fits within the 80 years given by Moses without extending into the 81st year AND has the two witnesses killed over Purim rising 3-1/2 days later.
Given all of this, you may be wondering if the Day of our Blessed Hope is suggested anywhere in this? I believe it may be because of details given us in (Revelation 2:28) and (Revelation 6:12). The model should be explored at greater depth to confirm these findings.
Is the model still in play that has the two witnesses arriving this week? Yes, but the season doesn't seem quite right yet. As my wife says, "...it's as though the leaves are changing but not the season just yet!" I tend to agree with her and that is something we are told to look for.

Is plausible, but highly speculative. We have to watch for what is happening in Europe now. A major regional war in the Middle East will wreak havoc in Europe in many ways. This can usher in the formation of the Revived Roman Empire, an alliance of 10 European nations, and the subsequent emergence of the antichrist from that newly-formed empire. It is very likely that the antichrist will come to power during and right after the elections of the European Parliament next year.

Highly speculative is the word! Yes, it is highly speculative and for more reasons than what you suggest. Thus far I have not weighted models on what was happening inside the EU. Adding that metric is easily done. I don't weight the model much on American politics either. My focus has been more of impact of Godly driven prophetic events that will ripple through human society and not human society. Each model provides space to record comments on providential events that can be measured and compared as well.
Again, these models have served to show that the data given in Scripture CAN and DOES map out into coherent human calendar systems that we can measure and study. That was one of my primary goals.
If anyone is interested, perhaps I can build a blank version and make it available for download. With than anyone could build their own version and track whatever data they want to. It may be time for me to build a template anyway!

Allowing the Jews to share Temple Mount and resume sacrifice in their rebuilt temple has been an insurmountable task in the past. The Muslims currently control Temple Mount. The Jews are not allowed a presence up there. However, Abdullah, the Hashemite King of Jordan, has the authority over the Islamic decisions of Temple Mount. He can allow the sharing of Temple Mount to take place, and prophecy says that it will be shared.

Syrian President Bashar Assad was quoted in the Lebanese newspaper As-Safir Thursday as hinting that Syria expects to be the next target of coalition forces.
"We will not wait until we become the next target," Assad was quoted as saying, adding that the attack on Iraq is aimed at other countries as well.
Assad also called on other Arab nations to oppose the coalition forces and called Israel a threat to Syria, Israel Radio reported.

So, I guess we watch and wait, for what comes next.

In this passage of scripture, the Jews find themselves with the need to make peace with their enemies in order to resume sacrifice and offerings made to their God on the altar in their rebuilt temple on Temple Mount in Jerusalem.
The passage introduces an individual—the peacemaker—who plays the most important role in the prophecy of the end times. He will confirm a seven-year peace covenant with the Jews, be honored by the world, and will be hailed as Messiah. But at the mid point of the seven years he will turn on them, break the peace covenant, end their sacrifice and offerings, and kill any who do not bow to him as God.
At present, King Abdullah II of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan is the most likely among those living today to be the Peacemaker.

To the Saints that have come to know the good news of the Gospel and the righteousness of faith, and have become the wild olive branch of faith, grafted on to the promises of Abraham.
ReplyDeleteYet, in this last book, after the second and third chapters being absorbed with the Churches, who are not only seven actual Churches, but are seven Churches in type, of all Churches, not another word to the Churches, beginning in chapter 4, on earth, until they come, in chapter 19, from Heaven, with the Lord.
From chapter four, verse one onward, the third division of the Book of Revelations, John is writing, the things which shall be AFTER the things of the Church on earth.
That's why He says: He that hath and ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. The message to the Church on earth, ENDS right there, at verse 22! And when you turn this key, you will save yourself a lot of confusion.
Rev. 4:4 And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: What did He say in the 21st verse of the 3rd chapter, to the Church? To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in where? MY THRONE.
Rev. 5:8-10 There's the Church! There's the children of Faith, There's the Redeemed. There's the Abraham, that Romans 4 said, had his faith counted as righteousness. The price tag of allowance, that let God credit his faith as righteousness, the blood of Jesus Christ, that as a mediator, in the book of Hebrews, paid the price for every sin, from day one to now, to future.
Because, Jesus Christ lived the righteousness for us all, died for the sins of us all, and God placed the sins of Moses and David and Abraham and all of them into Christ.
That's why you are going to find twelve foundation stones in the city of the Lamb, and twelve gates. Twelve gates related to the twelve patriarch tribes, and the twelve foundation stones, the apostles of the Lamb, you find twenty four elders, that symbolize those that have been redeemed to God, by the blood, out of every kindred, and people and tongue and nation. ReplyDeleteThe gap between the 69th and 70th week is that time of the Churches. When God turns, and does what Paul, in the Roman letter says, is a grafting on to the trunk of Abrahams promise, the old olive tree. He grafts a wild olive branch on, which the children of Faith, the recipients of the Gospel, the redeemed by the blood of Christ, become.
That's the Church Age. Now, Matthew 24, Luke 21 and Mark 13, that confuses many, is an address by Jesus, to a Jewish audience, concerning questions about their end, because He has discussed the temple, and the tearing down of the temple, and not a stone will be on top of another stone, and they say, and when will this be, and what are the signs of it. And He begins to answer it. There is no discussion of the mystery of the Rapture in those chapters, where he is answering their questions.
Now, mystery is something strange to us. The Greek word being translated mystery, is interpreted by God in the Ephesian Letter. A mystery is that which is known only to God and cannot be discovered, and can only be know by man, if God reveals it. You can search throughout eternity and never find it. The mystery defined in God's book, is a mystery that is in God's mind, and He reveals it.
Paul was God's choice to reveal the mystery to the Church. John experienced it. He was caught up. The first voice like a trumpet caught him up, and there were the twenty four elders. He is there, before that seal is opened that begins to unleash the Great Tribulation, raise Antichrist to power, and start the 70th week.

ReplyDeleteI could be wrong, but God appears to be holding back a full blown world war--at least temporarily. One thing I have noticed is the repeated call for peace via the Two-State Solution. We might be surprised at what will happen next. All I know is that everything will fall together according to HIS plan not man's:

And I was reminded of how God was so involved in the lives of people in the early years in Genesis. As I was reading about the life and times of Abraham and Sara.
For instance, twice Abraham tells Sara, to say you are my sister so they will treat me well because of you. Once in Egypt and another time with Abimelech.
So God intervenes in a dream so convincing Abimelech restores Sarah to Abraham. And begs Abraham to pray for him and his family.
The same happens in Egypt, and the result is Abraham becomes very wealthy.
So, yes He is never far away and very involved in peoples lives.
