The Year Everything Changes: Stranger Things (Part IV)

Back in 2018 I started a series called Stranger Things exploring the prophetic messages and themes playing out all around us (yes—named after the popular Netflix show).  Deists who believe in the clockmaker god will not be comfortable with this because these things demonstrate that God is truly sovereign and involved with everything, including the finest details.  Not only did God preordain every inanimate thing in creation, but He has planned our very lives (Job 12:23; 14:5; Ps. 139:16; Acts 17:24–28).  He has made both the end and the beginning (Isa. 41:4; 46:10; Rev. 22:13).  “Coincidence” isn't a kosher word and probability isn't reality.  Things happen the way they will.  The universe—every atom, every photon of light—only subsists by the continual steadfastness of God who holds all things together (Col. 1:17).

Before you continue, I would encourage you to take a deeper look into what the sovereign hand of God looks like in what the world otherwise considers to be minutiae:

The Signs Continue: Part II

Also, I highly recommend you follow Matt P.'s work over at Daily Crow.

The omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent, and deeply personal God of creation is speaking with us every day and every night through His Holy Spirit (Jn. 16:13), His word (2 Tim. 3:16–17), the sun, moon, and stars (Gen. 1:14; Ps. 19:1–4), and the everyday miracles that surround us.  That's why there's no excuse for those who reject Him (Rm. 1:18–20).

2020 is a year in which He seems to be speaking very, very loudly.  Screaming even (Jl. 3:16; Am. 1:2).  “Get aboard the Ark!  The flood is coming!”  Besides being the most life-changing and catastrophic year globally since at least World War II, it's also a year that comes shortly after major prophetic markers including the preparation for the third temple, the Revelation 12 Sign, and the 70th anniversary of the fig tree nation, among many other end-time portents.

In this article I'm going to touch on the prophetic themes of 2020 that seem to be conveying a certain message from God to the world...

War in Heaven

Perhaps the most important theme of the year is that the prophesied war in Heaven, described in Revelation 12:7–9, has started or is about to start.  The consequence of the war is that 1. Satan and his angels are cast down, and 2. the Church is raptured up to escape his clutches (Rev. 12:4–5).  The war pits Satan and the angels of darkness against Michael and the angels of light.  Contrary to medieval dogma, this war has not yet transpired and certainly did not occur before or shortly after creation.  Satan has had access to Heaven throughout history (Job 1:6–12; Zech. 3:1–10; Rev. 12:10).  He is still “the prince of the power of the air” (Eph. 2:2) and has had dominion over the nations of the earth both before and after Christ's first coming (Mt. 4:8–9; 2 Cor. 4:4; Eph. 6:12).  Christ's first coming rid Satan's grip over individuals who trust in YHWH, but not over nations and kingdoms.  Furthermore, Michael doesn't arise for battle at the climax of this heavenly fight until the time of the end (Dan. 12:1; 10:14).

From the Beiruti explosion—on par with a nuclear blast—that struck right next to the districts of Saint Michael and Remiel (Remiel being one the chief fallen angels in apocryphal works) to the prevalence of the sign of the serpent because of COVID-19 (WHO flag and original theory being the virus came from a snake); and from the year initiating with war with Iran (Persia being central to the theme of spiritual war in the Bible: see Daniel 10) to the incredible parallels of the heavenly war that began on Rosh Hashanah, this year has been filled to the brim with this theme.  I even suspect the war may have begun on Rosh Hashanah (see here).

In the Judeo-Christian cosmology, the heavenly court is governed by God as chief judge and lesser spiritual beings who each rule over a particular dominion.  Angelic “judges” on this court have rebelled against God and the court has been ruling unjustly over the affairs of man for ages.  Particularly in Jewish thought, Rosh Hashanah carries with it the connotation of being the opening of the heavenly court for the year—a time when men are judged.  It's that much more significant then that the most powerful and influential earthly court was thrown into turmoil on Rosh Hashanah when Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the most famous Jewish woman in the world, died, leaving an opening that could change the balance of the court to two-to-one in opposition of many of the most ungodly decisions in world history (e.g., Roe v. Wade, Obergefell v. Hodges, etc).  We see that same two-to-one fight in Revelation 12 when the spiritual forces of darkness are cast out.  To drive the point home, a 4.5-magnitude earthquake struck San Gabriel, California on Rosh Hashanah, as well.

Furthermore, the Jewish people have largely rejected their own Messiah while myriads of Gentiles have received Him.  The nominee to replace Ginsburg is a Gentile Christian who has written that Roe v. Wade is inherently immoral and defines herself as one faithful to the original law as written.  The largely, though not exclusively, Gentile Church is about to be taken to Heaven, elevated to the highest court in the universe, and this will provoke the Jewish people to jealousy in order that they finally return to the LORD (Deut. 32:21; Rm. 10:16–11:32; Acts 15:14–18).

In Daniel 10 a picture of the looming spiritual war transpires over a period of three weeks or 21 days.  Daniel was mourning for three weeks and Gabriel was stuck in limbo, resisting the demonic “prince of Persia.”  At the end of the three-week period, Michael arose to assist Gabriel and the fight was then two-on-one—the same ratio shown in Revelation 12:7–9.  On the eve of Rosh Hashanah, Israel entered a three-week / 21-day national lockdown.  This was an amazing earthly parallel to Daniel 10 and 12, and Revelation 12, because the time of year was even the same (Dan. 10:4).

Consider the order of events and how they parallel:

1. “...in the third year of Cyrus...” (Dan. 10:1).  President Trump has been called a modern-day Cyrus because of his historic moves in regard to Israel.  His face is even superimposed over Cyrus' face on the Third Temple half-shekel.  Topping it off, Trump has been president for three years and change.  And it's been three years since the Great Sign.

2. September 15th: Abraham Accords signed.  This paralleled Zechariah 1 and perhaps served as a three-day warning to the start of the spirit war.

3. September 18th: Rosh Hashanah Eve.  The three-week national lockdown in Israel commences.

4. September 19th: Rosh Hashanah.  The world's most famous (and powerful) Jewish woman dies, leaving a vacancy in the most powerful court on earth.  San Gabriel earthquake.  (Note: it was Gabriel that was stuck in combat for three weeks until Michael came to turn the tide!)

5. September 29th: the first Trump debate.

6. October 7th: the Pence debate.  This occurred two days prior to the end of the initial three-week lockdown, which ran until Shemini Atzeret.  Michael Pence debated Kamala Harris.  Michael stood up.  And during the debate (which is a non-violent fight), a fly landed on Mike Pence's head.  It remained on his head for an astonishing two minutes and three seconds.  In Revelation 12 Michael fights Satan.  Satan is also called Beelzebul (“lord of the flies”; Lk. 11:15).  Michael in combat with the lord of the flies, near the end of the 21-day period.

7. October 22nd: the last Trump debate.  Trump is about to debate his opponent for the last time.  And Trump is running for his last possible term in office.

There is much more to this theme that you can read about here.

Peace and Security

A major prophetic time marker signaling the beginning of the Tribulation period is the covenant with many described in Daniel 9:27.  Though this passage is a great source of debate, I believe the traditional dispensational view of the passage, that the covenant is a peace agreement between Israel, the Antichrist, and other neighboring nations, that divides the land and enables the establishment of the third temple, is the correct one (see here; see also here).  For one, the unending mantra of the whole history of modern Israel has been “two states living side by side in peace and security.”  It's hard to imagine that the whole world ceaselessly attempting to divide the land for 73 years doesn't factor into what Daniel 9:27 portends.  Perhaps the reason the Tribulation hasn't begun is because the two-state solution has never been actualized (cf. Jl. 3:2 for why God enters into final judgment with the nations).  The Trump-Kushner Vision for Peace is the first plan that might actually come to fruition, and in some ways already has via the Abraham Accords and the Israeli government's agreement to the Vision for Peace despite Palestinian protests.

I know that some suggest the Vision for Peace and/or Abraham Accords cannot be the covenant with many described in Daniel 9:27, but I believe the arguments are faulty and causing some to close their eyes to what's happening right in front of our faces.  The first argument suggests no signs can precede the rapture, thus this agreement can't be it.  This is a faulty view of imminency that I discussed in my recent article here.  The second argument proposes that Daniel 9:27 occurs after the rapture.  That's completely true, but the argument is imprecise and missing a key point: it's not that the covenant is made after the rapture, it's that the covenant is strengthened after the rapture.

Daniel 9:27 literally reads: “And he has strengthened [gabar] a covenant with many [for] one period of seven...” (LSV).  Words matter.  Gabar is used in every other instance of Scripture as to strengthen or to make prevail.  In verses that describe the actual creation of a covenant another verb is used—karath (“to cut”).  In Hebraic thought you make an agreement by cutting it.  It's similar to our idea of “cutting a deal.”  Compare Daniel 9:27's “strengthened [gabar] a covenant” to the actual creation [karath] of a covenant in other passages (e.g., Gen. 15:18; 21:27, 32; 31:44; Ex. 23:32; 34:10; Ps. 50:5; Ez. 37:26; Hos. 2:18).

The point is that the Vision for Peace coupled with the Abraham Accords could very well be the actual covenant described in Daniel 9:27.  It's a covenant with many.  It's a covenant with Israel.  It's a covenant to divide the land.  It's a covenant causing thousands to utter the words “peace and security” right before the proverbial flood comes.  And then, after the Church is removed and the lawless one is revealed, this preexisting covenant will be made to prevail for a period of seven years.

The theme of false peace and the coming covenant with many has permeated this year like no other.  The Vision for Peace was revealed on January 28th and Israel's chief executive and his main opponent immediately endorsed it.  Israel is already in agreement.  Within a couple of hours of the reveal at the White House a massive 7.7-magnitude earthquake shook the Caribbean and Palm Beach, Florida where President Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate resides.

Then on August 13th the world was shocked by the biggest diplomatic breakthrough in the Middle East in decades as the Abraham Accords were revealed to the world.  Israel, the U.S., the U.A.E., and Bahrain formally signed the Accords at the White House just three days before Rosh Hashanah.  Other countries have expressed interest in joining including Sudan, Oman, Morocco, Qatar, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.  Simultaneous with this landmark deal, Serbia and Kosovo promised to move their embassies to Jerusalem—Kosovo being the first Muslim-majority nation to do so.  The 1 Thessalonians 5:3 words “peace and security” have suddenly saturated social media, news articles, and the agreements and speeches themselves like never before.

“I Can't Breathe”

Another prevalent theme this year has been the inability to breathe.  It began with COVID-19, which started running rampant in China in the January timeframe and was declared a global pandemic in March.  The virus primarily kills through suffocation via pneumonia.  To prevent the virus, many are wearing masks which themselves make it hard to breathe.

This theme tragically continued with the asphyxiation death of George Floyd on May 25th.  Protests erupted around the world with the message “I Can't Breathe!”

In the Bible breath represents life, the spirit of a creature, and the Holy Spirit Himself.  The life of the world is being taken away.  The restraining force in world affairs, which is the Holy Spirit-indwelt Church, is about to be removed from the earth (see 2 Thess. 2:3, 7).  The spiritual breath is leaving the world, which will usher in the Antichrist and ultimately the death of most of those dwelling on the planet.  Furthermore, Satan is called a serpent (Rev. 12:9).  Serpents kill by suffocating their prey.  Satan is suffocating the world and the world is not resisting.

The ancient world was drowned by a global deluge.  The world couldn't breathe during the last global cataclysm.  All life on the face of the earth was suffocated by the waters of the Flood and the apostle Peter uses this as an illustration of the final global cataclysm that is on the verge of transpiring:

...knowing this first, that there will come scoffers in the last days, going on according to their own desires, and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming?  For since the fathers fell asleep, all things so remain from the beginning of the creation”; for this they willingly conceal, that the heavens existed long ago, and the earth having been established by the word of God out of water and through water, through which the world then, having been flooded by water, was destroyed; and by the same word, the present heavens and earth, having been stored up for fire, are being preserved until [the] day of judgment and destruction of impious men.  And do not let this one thing be concealed from you, beloved, that one day with the LORD [is] as one thousand years and one thousand years as one day; the LORD is not slow in regard to the promise, as some count slowness, but is long-suffering to us, not intending any to be lost, but all to come to conversion, and it will come—the Day of the LORD—as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a rushing noise, and the elements will be dissolved with burning heat, and [the] earth and the works in it will not be found. (2 Pt. 3:3–10, LSV)

Covered Faces

The next major theme throughout this apocalyptic year has obviously been covered faces.  Virtually every nation on earth has instituted some level of mask mandates.  The LORD told the Israelites through Moses that in the end times He would hide His face from them (Deut. 32:20).  This prophecy was given in the same passage as one of the original rapture promises (Deut. 32:21; cf. Rm. 10:16–11:32; Acts 15:14–18).

And YHWH says to Moses, “Behold, you are lying down with your fathers, and this people has risen and gone whoring after the gods of the stranger of the land, into the midst of which it has entered, and it has forsaken Me and broken My covenant which I made with it; and My anger has burned against it in that day, and I have forsaken them, and hidden My face from them, and it has been for consumption, and many evils and distresses have found it, and it has said in that day, [Is] it not because my God is not in my midst that these evils have found me?  And I certainly hide My face in that day for all the evil which it has done, for it has turned to other gods.  And now, write this song for yourselves, and teach it [to] the sons of Israel; put it in their mouths, so that this song is to Me for a witness against the sons of Israel.”  And Moses speaks the words of this song in the ears of all the assembly of Israel, until their completion: “Give ear, O heavens, and I speak; And you hear, O earth, sayings of my mouth! . . . And He says: I hide My face from them, || I see what their latter end [is]; For they [are] a contrary generation, || Sons in whom is no steadfastness.  They have made Me jealous by [what is] not God, || They made Me angry by their vanities; And I make them jealous by [what is] not a people, || I make them angry by a foolish nation.  For a fire has been kindled in My anger, || And it burns to the lowest [part] of Sheol, || And consumes earth and its increase, || And sets on fire [the] foundations of mountains. . . . For they [are] a nation lost to counsels, || And there is no understanding in them. . . . If only they were wise, || They would deal wisely [with] this, || They would attend to their latter end!” (Deut. 31:30; 32:20–21, 28–29 LSV)

This theme of God's hidden face is playing out all around us (see also Ps. 27:9; 44:24; 102:2).  But this great judgment on Israel will be reversed during the millennial period.  The LORD will no longer hide His face from Israel, because the Israelites will have returned to Him through faith in His Son (Ez. 39:29; Zech. 12:8–13:1).

Pastor J.D. Farag has an eye-opening breakdown of what these masks represent from a prophetic perspective:

Solomon

The next theme has been Solomon.  Solomon was both a type of Christ and Antichrist.  Christ in the sense that He was the son of David, blessed by the LORD, and a king who reigned over the united kingdom of Israel at its greatest extent.  Antichrist in the sense that He turned against God in his latter years and worshiped idols.  His rebellion had devastating consequences, resulting in the division of Israel after his death.  During his life he ended up being a hard and cruel master (1 Kgs. 9:15; 12:4).

Solomon was also significant as the one who finally built the Temple.  Like Christ, the true Son of David, who will build the Millennial Temple, Solomon built this religious edifice for the worship of YHWH.  Conversely, like Solomon, the Antichrist will also oversee construction of a temple, but it will be a short-lived temple that will be destroyed in the Great Tribulation.

As a type of Christ and the Antichrist, as well as the builder of the Temple, this theme conveys the message that Christ is near for the Church, the Antichrist is near for the world, and construction will soon begin on the Third Temple.  Everything is now ready for construction, except for the political will to give the green light.

2020 started with near open war between the United States and Iran when Iranian proxies stormed the Green Zone on New Year's Eve.  On January 3rd U.S. forces responded by killing the top Iranian and Shiite military leader in the world, Qasem Soleimani.  Soleimani is Farsi for Solomon.  The name Soleimani would thus be uttered around the world and in all major media for many weeks to come.

In early April a ferry in the Solomon Islands capsized killing dozens on board.  The boat was hit by Cyclone Harold.  Herald - “a person or thing viewed as a sign that something is about to happen.”

Earthquakes have particularly struck the Solomon Islands this year: a 6.3 on January 27th, a 6.6 on May 12th, a 5.8 on July 18th, and a 5.1 on the eve of Rosh Hashanah.  Then three days later on September 20th, two men attempting to diffuse a World War II-era bomb in the Solomon Islands were killed when the bomb detonated (source).  Sudden, tragic destruction in the year of Solomon.

This past Sunday, October 11th, on Shemini Atzeret, Israel's oldest man died at the age of 117.  His name: Shlomo (Solomon) Sulayman (Solomon).  To put this in perspective: the world's most famous Jewish woman died this Rosh Hashanah and the world's oldest Israeli man died on Shemini Atzeret—the first and last days of the Fall festivals.  This in the same year that Israel's top two leaders were exactly 70 (Prime Minister Netanyahu) and 80 (President Rivlin) years old, corresponding to Psalm 90:10 and The Parable of the Fig Tree.

The Last Trump

The apostle Paul foretold that the resurrection and rapture of the Church would occur “at the last trumpet” (1 Cor. 15:52).  Some translations even have trump instead of trumpet.  The same pattern of events is repeated in 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17, with the resurrection of the dead in Christ occurring immediately after “the trumpet call of God,” and then living Christians being transformed into immortals, being caught up together with them to meet Christ in the air.  A similar picture of the Church being taken up is portrayed in Revelation 4:1 and Revelation 12:5.

2020 is an election year in which Trump-Pence are facing off against Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.  How many people do you know with the last name of Trump?  It's a rare name.  Rarer still for a leader to carry that name.  Unspeakably improbable for the names of the top two leaders of the wealthiest, most powerful nation on earth to form a homonym of “trumpets”—especially given the lateness of the hour when the actual trumpet of God is about to blow.  Trump-Pence are not the trumpet call of God, but their election, office, and position in world affairs certainly point to 1. the sovereignty of God, and 2. the nearness of the trumpet blowing from Heaven and the resurrection and rapture of the Church.  Don't fall for normalcy bias.  Don't believe the lie that this is just some strange coincidence.  Because these two are in power right now, the words “Trump”, “Pence”, and “Trump-Pence” have been in top headlines in all major media, virtually all over the world, almost nonstop for the last four years.  God is screaming this warning message.  And an election is weeks away in which Trump and Pence may be voted out of office.  Time is short.  The last trump is about to blow.

On November 8th, 2016, in Jewish year 5777, Donald Trump and Mike Pence defeated Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine, going on to win the Electoral College by exactly 77 votes.  Trump was born on June 14, 1946 during a total lunar eclipse.  He was born 700 days before Israel was reestablished on May 14th, 1948 and was 777 days old, 77 days after Israel's 1948 rebirth.  When he took the oath of office and was sworn in as president on January 20, 2017, Donald Trump was exactly 70 years, 7 months, and 7 days old.

On July 7, 2017 (7/7/17) in the Hebrew year 5777, Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin met in Hamburg, Germany.  The meeting occurred 77 days before the Feast of Trumpets and the Revelation 12 Sign.  The very day of the meeting Vladimir Putin was 777 months old.  The historic meeting occurred exactly 5,777 days after September 11, 2001.

Trump went on to deliver his first State of the Union on the eve of the historic Super-Blue-Blood Moon, which occurred on January 31, 2018.  Remember, Trump was born during a total lunar eclipse (a.k.a. a blood moon).  He delivered this address as Israel was about to reach its 70th year.  During the blood moon that occurred the next day, Trump was 71 years, 7 months, and 17 days old.

Crowns

Crowns feature very prominently in the book of Revelation.  There are victory crowns called stephanos (think Olympic wreaths) and royal crowns called diadéma (think golden circlets worn by royalty).  Crowns are mentioned more in Revelation than any other book of the New Testament.  Half of the instances of stephanos are found in Revelation alone.  All instances of diadéma are found in Revelation.  The Church is promised victory crowns in Revelation 2:10 and 3:11 and is pictured wearing these crowns in Heaven in Revelation 4:4–10.  The Antichrist is given a victory crown once he is unleashed post-rapture in Revelation 6:1–2.  Satan is seen wearing seven royal crowns in Revelation 12:3–4, and after his subsequent loss in the heavenly war, he gives his power and authority to the beast (a.k.a. Antichrist) who himself controls ten kings who are each seen wearing a royal crown (Rev. 13:1).  Christ is seen wearing both a single victory crown (Rev. 14:14), as well as many royal crowns (Rev. 19:12).

Crowning refers to both the bestowal of royal power on someone, as well as the final stage of labor when the top of a baby's head becomes visible.  When the baby begins to crown, the delivery is then truly imminent.

No word better defines 2020 than CoronavirusCorona is Latin for crown, itself a transliteration of Ancient Greek κορώνη, a synonym of biblical stephanos.  Coronaviruses were named as such because a cell infected with the virus resembles a crown.

This theme is screaming three things: 1. The baby is about to be born, 2. The Church is about to receive its crowns, and 3. The Antichrist is about to arrive, being crowned king of the world; and he may very well use this Coronavirus pandemic to seize power—after all, Revelation 6:1–2 foretells that he will go out to conquer having received a crown (quite literally corona in the Latin Bible; see here).

The Closing Door, the End of the Church Age, and the Hiding Place

Doors have been closing all over the world this year.  The proverbial door to the Ark is being shut.  The Ark is Christ.  The pandemic has shuttered millions of businesses, closed hundreds of thousands of churches, and shut hundreds of millions, even billions, of people in their homes.  This theme and message is loud and clear.  There's no going back to what once was.

Christians have always faced persecution and many churches have been forcefully closed around the world, but nothing has ever happened like this.  Churches have been closed in some capacity in virtually every country on earth.  Going virtual means nearly 1-in-5 churches in the U.S. are now in imminent danger of closing permanently.  In some parts of the world the toll is much worse and churches, and Christians generally, are facing massive persecution if they attempt to gather.  This certainly makes Hebrews 10 more relevant than ever:

...may we hold fast the unwavering profession of the hope (for He who promised [is] faithful), and may we consider to provoke one another to love and to good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as [is] a custom of some, but exhorting, and so much the more as you see the Day coming near. (Heb. 10:23–25, LSV)

We don't gather for salvation, but we do gather to function.  In 2020 the message seems to be that the Church Age is coming to a swift end.

To drive the point home even further, this past April during the Passover season, a unique event transpired in Church history: Christians from all over the world, having been confined to their homes by the pandemic, adorned their doors with red signifying the Blood of Christ which shields us from the coming wrath.  Within days of the first participants posting pictures of their red-adorned doors, hundreds of thousands had taken up the mantle.  I and several in my family did the same.  We proclaimed to the world that through faith we are covered in the Blood of the Lamb.

During the first Passover the Israelites hid in their houses with closed doors and lambs' blood over the lintels and doorposts.  As long as they remained in their hiding places with the blood as a sign outside, the angel of death could not harm them in any way.  The world “outside” was not so lucky.

Likewise, a time of great wrath is right at the door.  It's coming and hastening fast.  Jesus foretold that it would be the worst time in history (Mt. 24:21; cf. 2 Pt. 3:1–7).  Yet you can escape from it, hiding away in a safe heavenly place, if you would only but acknowledge that you are a sinner, incapable of rectifying your situation, and place your faith wholly and solely in Christ Jesus who lived the life you could never live, died for your sins in your stead, and rose again on the third day.

Seek YHWH, all you humble of the land, || Who have done His judgment, || Seek righteousness, seek humility, || It may be you are hidden in the Day of the anger of YHWH. (Zeph. 2:3, LSV)

When a pregnant woman comes near to the birth, || She is pained—she cries in her pangs, || So we have been from Your face, O YHWH.  We have conceived, we have been pained. We have brought forth, as it were, wind, || We do not work salvation in the earth, || Nor do the inhabitants of the world fall.  Your dead live—My dead body, they rise.  Awake and sing, you dwellers in the dust, || For the dew of herbs [is] your dew, || And you cause the land of Rephaim to fall.  Come, My people, enter into your inner chambers, || And shut your doors behind you, || Hide yourself shortly [for] a moment until the indignation passes over.  For behold, YHWH is coming out of His place, || To charge the iniquity of the inhabitant of the earth on him, || And the earth has revealed her blood, || Nor does she cover her slain anymore! (Isa. 26:17–21, LSV)

And take heed to yourselves lest your hearts may be weighed down with carousing, and drunkenness, and anxieties of life, and suddenly that day may come on you, for it will come as a snare on all those dwelling on the face of all the earth, watch, then, in every season, praying that you may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that are about to come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man. (Lk. 24:34–36, LSV)

“Do not let your heart be troubled, believe in God, believe also in Me; in the house of My Father are many rooms; and if not, I would have told you; I go on to prepare a place for you; and if I go on and prepare a place for you, I come again, and will receive you to Myself, that where I am you also may be; and to where I go away you have known, and the way you have known.”  Thomas says to Him, “Lord, we have not known to where You go away, and how are we able to know the way?”  Jesus says to him, “I AM the way, and the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father, if not through Me...” (Jn. 14:1–6, LSV)

...and to wait for His Son from the heavens, whom He raised out of the dead—Jesus, who is rescuing us from the anger that is coming. . . . because the LORD Himself, with a shout, with the voice of a chief-messenger, and with the trumpet of God, will come down from Heaven, and the dead in Christ will rise first; then we who are living, who are remaining over, will be snatched up together with them in [the] clouds to meet the LORD in [the] air, and so we will always be with the LORD; so, then, comfort one another with these words.  And concerning the times and the seasons, brothers, you have no need of my writing to you, for you have thoroughly known that the Day of the LORD so comes as a thief in the night, for when they may say, Peace and security, then sudden destruction comes [on] them, as the travail [on] her who is with child, and they will not escape; and you, brothers, are not in darkness, that the Day may catch you as a thief . . . because God did not appoint us to anger, but to the acquiring of salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. (1 Thess. 1:10, 4:16–15:4, 9, LSV)

And to the messenger of the assembly in Philadelphia write: These things says the Holy [One], the True [One], having the key of David, the [One] opening and no one will shut, and shutting and no one opens!  I have known your works; behold, I have set before you a door having been opened, which no one is able to shut it, because you have little power, and yet have kept My word, and have not denied My Name; . . . Because you kept the word of My endurance, I also will keep you from the hour of the trial that is about to come on all the world, to try those dwelling on the earth. . . . After these things I saw, and behold, a door opened in the sky, and the first voice that I heard—as of a trumpet speaking with me, saying, “Come up here, and I will show you what must come to pass after these things...” (Rev. 3:7–8, 10, 4:1, LSV)

  2. Thanks Gary, it's nice to see all this laid out so well. And this crazy year is not over. I wonder what else might we see in the remaining 11 weeks. Also, on the "I can't breathe" line, many of us here in the West have been subjected to breathing smokey air due to wildfires. Here in Colorado we have the largest wildfire in the state's history going on right now. And the smoke is making it difficult to breathe, and causing respiratory problems. The poor west coast has had it far worse than us. I'm looking forward to breathing some fresh Heavenly air. Hope it's soon. Thanks again!

    1. You're most welcome. This theme is a strong one! The Day of the LORD + fire theme might be it's own category, as well. Historic fires in Australia at the beginning of the year. Also Brazil. Also the western U.S.

    2. The Day of the Lord + fire theme I AGREE could be its own category, Gary! Immediately coming to mind:

[1Pe 1:7 KJV] 7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
[2Pe 3:7 KJV] 7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

I think God put those verses in that order on purpose don't you :-)

  3. I'm usually a bit skeptical about taking the stuff around us as signs (I've said that s before - it's so very subjective on what's pulled out of the air as meaningful and what the meaning should be), but I can't help but agree that 2020 is chock full of "JESUS Is Soon Returning!". The set up for the One World gov't, set up for mass marking, set up for the Ezekiel 38 war, set up for the strengthening of the Covenant with many, set up for the marginalization of believers (blaming them for the spread of viruses is just the start!). It seems like we're seeing the beginning of the End. I'm so excited for that to come, but I keep reminding myself that another day of minor misery for us is worth it for another person to avoid an eternity of hell.

  4. Dear Gary,
Another theme this year, at least in the USA, has been about CHOOSING.
Never before has it been so obvious that the choice in Presidential candidates and the ideologies they represent, is as much about GOOD versus EVIL as it is about anything else.
WHOM will we choose to serve?
    * * * * *
By the same token, God is giving us one last chance to CHOOSE to accept Christ as our Savior before the Rapture of the Church.

  5. As in American history and the "shot heard around the world," the year 2020 is most certainly the year that a proverbial and very prophetic "shot heard around the world" was fired from the courts of Heaven getting the world's attention. This is no accident of course. I am of the opinion, which I personally think can be substantially verified, that 2020 is a very important year in prophecy biblically speaking. Lo and behold, we have all of these world changing and dramatic events transpiring that are red flashing prophetic signals pointing us to a major transition to the next phase (dispensation) of human existence ... the Tribulation and the millennial kingdom reign of Christ on Earth.

Exciting year to be alive for those in Christ. For those not, it should be very concerning.

    1. 400-year cycle... NOVEMBER 2020!!

      Delete
    2. Yes, indeed. What a thought! Never occurred to me that perhaps the second election under a "Trump" presidency might possibly be telling us of a November rapture. I had a thought just the other day that, since the rapture is referred to in 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 using the word "Trump" and in 1 Corinthians 15:52 using the word "trumpet," as in "Pence," we may have an eight year countdown to the rapture starting in 2017 for four years of Donald "Trump," while the second half of the eight year countdown will be under "Pence" T (Trump/Pence). Then, the rapture as the Trump/Pence administration "disappears" off the stage of Vineyard America, thus coinciding with the "X" that will have marked itself over "Little Egypt", Illinois after the second occurrence of the two Great American Solar Eclipses. As we know, after the 400 years were up in ancient Egypt, the Hebrews "crossed over" and out of Egypt under God's power.

For this reason, I suspect that "maybe" the year 2024 may be the next high watch year IF the rapture does not happen this year or next.

      Delete
    3. I should have worded my statement a bit more carefully above. I mean to say four years of the eight year rapture countdown under representing "Trump" and four of the eight year countdown under representing Pence - not "under" a Pence presidency as it looked like I was saying before.

  7. And all this is merely the tip of the iceberg. When you start looking at all the other 'end times' descriptions and delve deeply into them, you find so much more.

The times of Noah... A huge population boom, the rise of 'men of great reknown' (aka: celebrities), a distinct uptick in violence, and the harbingers of a great natural disaster on it's way (increased earthquakes all over the place, volcanic activity, rapid 'climate change', and the increase of 'close asteroid encounters' leading many to be worried that we will be surprised by one we haven't seen...

The times of Lot: Though our view is narrowed here to Soddom and Gamorrah, these 'cities' were obviously very immoral and wicked. At the sight of the two angels they gathered at Lot's house to 'know' them. Lot, in desparation, offered his daughters to them but they wanted the angels instead. Quite symbolic of how the world wants nothing to do with the church, but are willing to listen to 'angels, demons, aliens, etc...' Lot and his family were basically 'teleported' outside the city and told to run to the mountains, not to look back, quite like the Rapture.

Peter tells us about the scoffers who doubt in the Lord's return... and we are surrounded by such people. From the mild, 'Oh, He's not coming for years.' people to the 'He's never coming back!' folks and even the 'Stop believing in fairy tales, he was made up!' unbelievers, they are all over the place... If you have any desire for the Lord Jesus to come sooner rather than later, they are all over you telling you to stop talking and just 'live your life.'

Paul gave a list of qualities describing the character of people in general during the latter days, and it describes our generation perfectly. Even Christians are getting some of these qualities (like impatience), though fortunately not in their extremes. If the world is to go on for much longer though, how much worse could we get? Already there are a great number of 'dominion theology' people who think we should be getting more militant about 'bringing in the Kingdom of God...'

And even I'm barely scratching the surface... He must be coming very soon... That message has gone around the world since the 1800's at least. Noah had 120 years to preach, God is being perfectly patient and gave us a little more time than that. How great He is! Maranatha!

    1. Kris...I would be one of those that says He isnt coming for years...(3.5 years at the minimum)...but to be called a scoffer has some negative connotation to it....such as not believing in His coming back at all. That is CLEARLY NOT the case for you or I. My view has clearly been scoffed at often....but I would like it pointed out where I have ever scoffed in a denigrating tone at the pretrib view...other than saying I dont buy into it at all, and mainly just trying to suggest there is nothing unfaithful about stocking up just to be wise. That used to cause some comments stated in a condescending way, but lately I find it refreshing that some pretrib preachers are even now suggesting to stock up for "some" tough times ahead! And that is being accepted, whereas it was flatly rejected when I suggested doing so.

My posts are in a spirit of loving concern, as I expect some real tough times ahead. I do not fear them at all, as the Lord is my strength, and I am praying and studying often to fulfill Daniel 11:33....and to be blessedly caught by the Lord doing Matthew 24:45-46

God bless each and everyone of us to forge ahead with His word the next few years.

    2. There are exceptions to every rule Stan. I am talking more specifically about the people who put it 'many' years away... Decades to a thousand years or more... They don't want to hear about signs, they'll accuse you of wasting your life doing anything but what amounts to 'living in the world/having a job/whatever', use 'no one knows the day or hour' endlessly or even accuse you of being selfish, weak, and fling insults. Rarely do I hear a compassionate or loving word from them and even then, it's 'just to score a few points' as the one guy put it...

Sometimes, I wish I had the qualities that would let me live like a 'normal person.' Instead, I often spend all day studying what's going on in the world and comparing that to scripture. Just about everything else I lose interest in very quickly anymore. I am as willing to wait for more to get on the Ark with Jesus as anyone else... but the flesh is weak and I tire of wrestling with it...

Let those of us who think it will be very soon have our blessed hope... the feeling of it being so close that we could watch the countdown in the sky or something gives our souls a daily refreshing... 'Just one more day...' Come, Lord Jesus!

      Delete
    3. Kris...Thanks for your kind reply. I most certainly believe in "letting" anyone believe what they want.....but we all should see others views...myself included...and pray for discernment...and go from there.

Just like you are entitled to your blessed hope, I am entitled to knowing I will join you all when Christ calls us up. Its not a hope with me, but a FACT. We all as Christians will rise at the same time.....and I KNOW we will escape Gods wrath...which we will.....and I would LOVE to escape satans wrath...or be protected from it.
God bless you as we both will make this journey together. For myself, I am looking forward to studying Gods word for at the least a few more years. I would LOVE to be wrong as it is not a pride issue. I would MUCH rather get out of here pretrib...than to experience the great tribulation just to be able to say "I told you so."

  10. Given the prophetically peculiar spectacle of Ginsburg's death, it is interesting to note that after passed, an eleven-year-old boy named “Micah” stood on the steps of the Supreme Court where she served and blew a shofar in a vigil in rememberance the late Supreme Court Justice. I now dare you to consider what the book of "Micah" (the name of the trumpet blowing boy) has to say in its hinting of the rapture ...

“The good man is perished out of the earth: and there is none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood; they hunt every man his brother with a net” (Micah 7:2).

Interestingly, Ginsburg’s death and the kid named Micah occurred in the Jewish seventh month of the year, the same month number that parallels the chapter number of Micah where the hint of the rapture can be seen in the Bible (chapter 7).

After the rapture, the world will indeed be characterized by none being upright among men and every man will hunt his brother as the Tribulation sets in.

Then, days later on October 2, 2020, it is announced that President “Trump” (Trump = rapture) is himself “quarantined” away for supposedly having the Covid-19 virus. The Old Testament book of Song of Solomon presents us with the picture of the future New Testament Church being “hidden away” in the rapture event before the Tribulation starts. Shall we say “quarantined” away? …

“My beloved spake, and said unto me, Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away. For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone; The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land; The fig tree putteth forth her green figs, and the vines with the tender grape give a good smell. Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away” (Song of Solomon 2:10-13).

The kicker here is that the name of the person who is said to have supposedly given him the virus is none other than “Hope” Hicks. In the book of Titus, the rapture of the true Church is referred to as the “blessed hope” …

“Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ” (Titus 2:13).

Of course, Ms. “Hope” Hicks is obviously very beautiful to look upon, just as Solomon describes his “fair one” in the above passage that is prophetically hinting at the bride of Christ called the church – Christ’s “fair one.” The Church is referred to as Christ’s “bride” in Revelation 19 …

“… for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready” (Revelation 19:7).

    1. And Trump was only in the hospital for about 3.5 days. Coming out, he said he felt 20 years younger. They were giving him something called 'Regeneron' (I recall there being a verse about the 'time of the regeneration') which he is trying to offer to everyone as a 'free gift.'

It all struck me as being so very odd, but he even looks younger now and his tweets have taken on new energy/focus. His speeches too... Like a lamp let out of the stall, prancing and jumping around. He's even been dancing on stage a little...

    3. "For this reason, I suspect that "maybe" the year 2024 may be the next high watch year IF the rapture does not happen this year or next."

But then, as per 'Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till ALL be fulfilled.'(Lk 21:32) defined in Psalm 90:10 - won't Israel be at least 75yrs old by 2024?

    4. What do you see that remains to be fulfilled of the things given in Matthew, Luke, and Mark? There are other events given in the prophets, but do they belong in the lists Jesus gave us? When He said, 'When you see these things begin to happen, look up, for your redemption draws near...' how near was near? Do any of us still pray that our escape will not be in the winter or on a sabbath?

If we really do need to wait many more years, then I pray that we get the patience needed to get through it...

  14. Awesome post! Thank you. 2020 is a crazy year for sure! I think people who don't even believe or read the Word can see something significant is going on. I pray that the scoffers' hearts will be softened and can see their need for a savior. I can't imagine living in this craziness without my Anchor and Rock, Jesus!

I have a question for anyone. With U.S. elections coming up, there has been some strife between myself and someone close to me. This person can only see President Trump as an incredibly flawed person and can't grasp why any Christian would vote for him. I don't always know what to say other than, aren't we all incredibly flawed? They've mentioned in the past that they see their vote as sort of pledging alliegence to that person, but isn't that a little extreme? They're scared if the person they vote for might be antichrist, they'll be held accountable for that. I don't see it that way. John chapter 10 says nothing can snatch me out of His hand.. I belong to Jesus. God gave me to Him (jn. 17). I only pledge alliegence to Christ. He knows my heart. No matter who I vote for. Right?

    1. Lillie....By using your friends logic of Trump being flawed and thus not voting for him..then I guess if Hitler were running , they would vote for him instead?

I would go with the one that stands for Christian values the most...

      Delete
    2. Hey, I qualify... I'm anyone! : ) You are completely right. Your decision is not for a Pastor, a Savior or your Lord obviously. All candidates are flawed. There will be no perfect government until it is finally in the hands of the One who alone can do it! (Isa 9:6, Dan 2:44)

But as a Christian it is simply a vote for the person/party that you believe will lead the country closest to the principles that we, as Christians, should uphold. Things like the rights of the unborn, religious liberty, law and order, fair and equal treatment of all, love for Israel, care for the poor... As a non-American I'd also add think about who is going to most closely uphold your unique constitution... because it is unique.

And you are completely right about John 10. You are safe in His hands and there is no condemnation for those in Christ. God is with you no matter who you vote for. But the choice shouldn't be taken lightly either for, as I have mentioned previously, it will have a massive impact on not only the US but the whole world. Sounds like an exaggeration but given the plans for 'the great reset' and what's coming, it isn't. Trump and the 'MAGA' belief stand in the way of powerful people with not-so-good plans.

PS Seeing the whole world will worship and be in awe of the real Antichrist (Rev 13:3) tell your friend that it is therefore completely safe voting for Trump... he definitely doesn't qualify as AC!

      Delete
    3. @elgordo:

What you just said about Trump and the MAA belief system standing in the way reminded me of the verse that says 'He who restrains must be taken out of the way.' As long as Christians are in the world, we will stand in the way of everything that needs to happen in the Tribulation. We are always praying against it, always doing things to undermine it and make the world just a little bit better. God will likely pull us out of the way when He knows the time is right. Thy will be done Lord Jesus!

      Delete
    4. Yep, very true Kris. The globalists have big plans. Christians generally don't go along with them and nor does 'make America great again'. Things are already moving very quickly but imagine what it will be like after the rapture! They "won't let a crisis go to waste"... and the biggest crisis, to the exploited for their ends, will be the aftermath of the rapture.

Just thinking about it makes me feel fortunate that this world is not my home.

      Delete
    5. Several other faiths also have 'resistance' to parts of the agenda. I wonder how many of these will become Tribulation Saints and continue resisting. Clearly someone resists or they wouldn't be passing laws and doling out executions for it. Perhaps this is why Daniel saw that the rock that struck the feet shattered the whole statue, but out of the rubble came a Kingdom that would grow forever...

Oh that these people would join us before we are removed...

  17. Recently, while talking to God out loud, me not God, and in contemplation of the last year and many of the signs you have reminded us of, God laid on my heart marriage and how it is supposed to be. My first thought after God laid marriage on my heart was the White House lit up in the 6 colors of gay pride. As we know, the rainbow that God gave us is 7 colors, not 6. Anyway, I remember when that happened I was very grieved in my heart because I knew it grieved God. The bible tells us homosexuality is an abomination to the Lord. But then I felt that there was more that God was trying to tell me. I pondered some more and then DOMA entered my mind. I had to look that one up, when it was struck down which was also an abomination to God. The Defense of Marriage Act was a federal law passed in Congress and signed by then President Bill Clinton in 1996 as the union of one man and one woman and allowed states to refuse to recognize same-sex marriages granted under some states. Under President Obama, who promoted and supported gay marriage, DOMA was legally struck down on June 26, 2013. We all know that God will not be mocked. Then I kept thinking aloud to God about how horrible 2020 has been and I knew that God has been saying, warning warning warning, time's almost up. All of that was a few days ago and I'm writing about it now because I was in the same thinking out loud situation a few minutes ago with God and I thought of Joseph and the 7 years of plenty then the seven years of famine. Now this is my own interpretation, what if the 7 years (2013 - 2020) after DOMA was struck down correlates to the years of plenty, but they have been 7 years of plenty of warnings and the next 7 years 2020 - 2027 or 2021 - 2028 correlates to the years of famine (Tribulation). I'm really feeling an urgency, something big and it's election time! Maybe we are not only going to witness the election of the president of our country but also our "election" as raptured sons and daughter of Yeshua! Praise God for warning the saints and for helping us to stay awake. Maranatha!

  19. Could these lockdowns be meant to keep people at home when the financial system will collapse and/or when a big war will erupt in the Middle-East, or a war erupts between Russia and Europe? Because in case of a financial collapse and/or a war, IS or Al-Qaeda see their opportunity to conduct massive terrorist attacks on public transport, railway stations, shopping centres, etc. When many people are at home due to Covid lockdowns, there will be much less casualties when IS and Al-Qaeda will attack. We see God's Mercy in this.

    ReplyDelete

    1. More like the lockdowns are causing the financial collapse... Banks and places that sell food will probably make it through fine as long as supply chains don't break down... but the longer people aren't making an income, the worse this will get...

As far as terrorists go, I think most countries will only have to worry about their local groups. The borders are being watched and the planes heavily scrutinized. Even the terrorists are afraid of the coronavirus... Maybe the middle east/Israel and Europe could have problems, but some of those borders are the strictest of all... It's just hard to see what's going on, and we have to question the truth of any news we get from abroad. Like the Beirut blast some months ago, we still don't have much more than what came out the week or two after and a whole bunch of rumors...

  25. Thank you StanFoster and Elgordo for responding to my question earlier about the election. I agree with both of you and you make some great points. Some of the same things I have had on my heart. We're not voting for Savior! We already have one! We have to be more wary of the people who say all the right things and be on guard against those who have a form of godliness but denying it's power. Or sometimes even having a form of "compassion" but not really caring. There's a lot of that going on too.

Something else on my heart is the Church. I don't think I'm the only one who is suffering some what without the normal fellowship. However, we may be hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed. (2 Corinthians 4:8‭-‬9) The body of Christ is amazing! We are not family and yet we are family. We are strangers yet we love each other. We are separated by hundreds, even thousands of miles, yet united! We are a mystery -- A peculiar people and our God will never forsake us! I pray everyday for "unsealed" and God knows exactly who I mean -- all of you. Be blessed!

    2. Thank you for your prayers Lilie!

Saturday morning I was on my way for lunch with one of our elders when this thought came to me,

      2020 is like two-score twice or 20 + 20 = 40.

How many times do we see the number 40 in Scripture? Immediately I think of a time of trial -- a time of testing.

Are we (and the world) in a time of trial? Are we in a time of testing? Indeed we are.

Today (Sunday) we shared fellowship and Sunday worship in the car park with a message on (Revelation 3:7-13). Be encouraged that as we repent and commit to keep God's Word and not deny His Name we are as members of the church with little strength. The Church in Philadelphia.

These verses deserve CLOSE ATTENTION especially with a concordance in hand. It may be that we are in the time of trial that requires patient endurance that will show and glorify Christ such that the synagogue of Satan will bow at our feet.

When you put it that way it really is reminiscent of the story of Joseph isn't it?

Hold fast everyone to what you have, let no one seize your crown!

LORD, may we come to celebrate that Great Day with you with every delicacy and drink to gather as One and give Glory to your Name! In that Day may we dine with you and you with us as One, Christ Jesus our Lord, Brother and King!

    5. Thank you Pastor Rich. Very interesting about 20 doubled being 40. I definitely feel like I'm in the wilderness right now. And yet I also feel very close to God too. I think if we let Him, God uses these times of testing to pull us close to Him. My dad and I often talk about things being shaken. The Bible speaks of that. If God is shaking things, what will remain? Who will stay faithful? Hopefully I will. And everyone here and our loved ones. Stay strong! God is with us.

    6. Shaking. How very appropriate in light of the wheat harvest. How do you separate the wheat from the chaff? Winnowing!

      4 Then I heard another
      voice from heaven saying,

"Come out of her, my people,
lest you take part in her
sins, lest you share in her
      plagues"

      (Revelation 18:4)

45 "Go out of the midst
      of her, my people! Let
      every one save his life
      from the fierce anger
      of the LORD!"

      (Jeremiah 51:45)

Let us continue to hold fast in faith and prayer with the certain knowledge that Jesus has overcome and will not let so much as one of us slip through his hands.

      Not one.

Blessings dear sister to you and your father. Hugs to him from all of us!

  26. Great Article Gary
I am wondering if you think that the election time is another high watch period. There is a blue moon on Halloween, which has not happened since 1944 and that was during World War 2. November 3rd is the election and is exactly 40 weeks after the peace plan was released on January 28th. 40 weeks of course signifies a normal pregnancy cycle. November 4th is Heshvan 17, which is the day the flood began and is 7/17 on the Hebrew calendar for the people that say a new year starts on Nissan 1. I lot of people including myself have seen the number 7/17 over the years and I have heard it means rapture, although I am not positive on this.

  28. About the War in Heaven

    rev 12:8-9

Michael is finally turned loose to take the devil, that's the Prince of the Power of the Air, and his angels, and cast them out of the heavenly's, where they rule, where they give so much trouble to the Church in today's world, that makes it necessary, as the Ephesian letter says, that we be clothed with the full armor of God, because we wrestle not against flesh and blood.

They will be cast out of the heavenly's, limited for a season, to the last area where he can do his work, this earth.

    rev 12:10

Now some people take this verse and try and make it the same as the statement as when Jesus said, I beheld Lucifer cast down.
Jesus beheld him cast out from being the crowning cherub on the mountain of God. But he was still the accuser.
He had long been cast out as Jesus saw him, when he came with the sons of God to accuse Job.
He had long since been cast out when he was seen by Zechariah standing accusing Joshua, as a representative of the people, and the Lord saying to him - I rebuke you Satan.
He had long since been cast out when the New Testament calls him the accuser of the brethren, before this.

Now, the loud voice out of heaven says, when Michael cast him out of the heavenly's, the second phase of his casting down is completed.

When he was the crowning cherub in the mountain of God, before being cast out, as Jesus saw it, there were no brethren to be accused, they hadn't even been created yet. This is a second casting down.

The Church went up in the 4th chapter.

    Isaiah 66:5-9
Hear the word of the Lord: ye that tremble at his word; Your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for my name's sake, said, Let the Lord be glorified: but he shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed.
A voice of noise from the city, a voice from the temple, a voice of the Lord that rendereth recompense to his enemies. Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered of a man child.

(That means before the real persecution that is the travail being referenced in Revelation, before it got so bad, that it becomes the tribulation, the great tribulation, she was delivered a man child. The man child is separate from her.)

The woman is the nation Israel. The people brought back out of every nation.

You have to see the Jews during the tribulation in three groups. There are 144,000 sealed, they are going to be caught up.
The tribulation is still in progress in the 14th chapter- I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Zion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand the man child having his Fathers name written in their foreheads.
And I heard a voice from Heaven - they're up there.

  30. I was reading my biblehub devotionals when I noticed this part by Spurgeon. He took it in a different manner, possibly unaware of the prophetic significance that could be under the surface:

https://www.biblehub.com/ (Click devotionals, they change it up twice daily for the morning/evening)

"...Habakkuk sang, when in the night he said, "Although the fig-tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labor of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls: yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation."

Fig tree... Israel... She will not blossom. She only puts forth leaves...
No more fruit in the vines... The church has completed it's mission...
labor of the olive shall fail... If the St. Malachai prophecy is true, and Benedict was truly 'the glory of the olive' then his work has failed. This could be in reference to his resignation, if this is the interpretation proper...
The fields will yield no meat... The fields that were once ripe for harvest have been emptied...
the flock shall be cut off from the fold... The Rapture has happened...
no herd in the stalls... We have been set free.
yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation... Because we will be face to face and celebrating the marriage feast! Come, Lord Jesus!

  31. Blessings Gary. Tremendous article. ACB is, however, Catholic, and her agreement with the decision in Jacobson vs Massachusetts 1905 makes her a lockdown advocate. That terrible decision gave rise to eugenics, forced vaccination and internment camps, I don’t trust her. She’s a deep state operative. On the Federalist’s Society list of 22 Judges, she’s the only one that agreed with the decision in Jacobson. President Trump is making a grave mistake. The real Constitutional conservative is Judge Lagoa.

Hopefully, we won't be here - either way.
The deep state/NWO folks have their evil plans in play.
They've infiltrated all levels of society: media, healthcare, education, manufacturing, agriculture and food distribution. Even religion.
I'm sure THEY think their plans are coming along nicely.
World domination and eugenics - they haven't made much of a secret of it.
To them, we are just useful idiots to do their bidding.
They don't realize they themselves are the fools and tools of the devil.
They intend to play at being god.
But there is only one GOD
and it is His plans that will prevail!

    2. Blessings. Can’t wait to be rid of this depraved world. I can only imagine how much worse it’s going to get. And how much more we will witness before the Rapture. ACB is as much a deep state operative as Roberts.

    3. Only thing I found about that case in a 'modern' setting:

Basic summary is that the court has been basically making that case irrelevant for the last 40 years. They side more in favor of personal liberty and would likely strike down any forced vaccination laws. (Which means the politicians are less likely to try to pass them...)

Other places in the world might be able to get away with forcing vaccinations, but the constitution stands in their way of doing that here... at least while it's being respected...

Makes it seem certain that America's going to change it's government at some point to allow for all this mark of the beast stuff...

  33. What a year, eh? You definitely have enough additional material to do a Part V if the Lord tarries, Gary!

I was inspired recently to post an article incorporating info from your Rev 12 Compendium along with Lu Vega's related research: https://lynmelvin.blogspot.com/2020/10/the-revelation-12-sign-and-great-divide.html

I agree with you and J. D. Farag in that I am convinced that the virus of the crown or coronavirus is linked with The Crowning of the Man Child.

I'm sure you all remember that not only does coronis mean crown but it “is a textual symbol found in ancient Greek papyri that was used to mark THE END. . .” Can't wait for that Day!

  35. I read this article this morning and was wondering if anyone wanted to weigh in on it. I've been going back and forth on the election. My heart feels convicted to vote for righteousness. To speak for those who can't speak for themselves. I believe this is a defining moment in US and world history and I don't want to sit by and do nothing. But then I read things like this and feel a bit of guilt. I guess no side really stands for righteousness. Because none of us are righteous! Not on our own anyway. That's why we need a savior. Thank you Jesus!...

    1. Hi Lilie,

Vote! : ) It is very easy to point out Trumps personality flaws and even sins (as this article does without naming him), as it is with nearly all candidates... but it is not a vote for a Pastor or whose personality you like the most or who has the least personal flaws... it is a vote for the team whose policies most align with what is best for the country in important points like abortion, law and order, Israel, religious and personal liberty etc.

Even if someone doesn't like Trump himself, he still has many solid Christians around him in important roles like VP Pence, Pompeo and others. They also influence what policies are put forth. What solid Christians have the other side got influencing in favor of godly principles?

I listened, last night actually, to Pastor Brandon Holthaus from Rock Harbor Church give his Prophecy Update video against the VERY topic and thought expressed in Piper's article you listed above. He even mentioned Piper as one of the neo-calvinists who are subtly (and not so subtly in some cases) directing Christians not to vote... as if that is spiritual. I would REALLY encourage you to watch this vid if you are feeling swayed by Piper's article:

      https://youtu.be/f1SdIQnCVxU

Hope it helps. You are right that this is a VERY important decision for the US and the world. May God Bless.

    2. Thank you again Elgordo for your godly counsel regarding the election.

I am not swayed by the article. Actually a little annoyed by it. And honestly annoyed by the other voices in my life telling me not to vote.

Everything you say confirms what I am feeling in my own heart. I'm not trying to say others are wrong or not hearing from the Holy Spirit. But I read my Bible every morning. I seek the Lord. I want to do what's right. And my heart says -- no one is perfect, vote anyways. Vote for who aligns with Christian values. And I'm going to stop feeling guilty for having mercy towards others and wanting to do what's right. God knows my heart. And I trust Him. I trust Him no matter what happens.

Thanks so much! May the Lord bless you too!
And I'm going to watch the video later after kids are asleep. :)

    3. Good on you Lilie & well said. You are reading His word, seeking Him in prayer, following what He puts on your heart and trusting Him no matter what... Can't beat that! The guilt that you felt is not from Him so it's good that you have thrown it off.

If you watch that vid you'll probably see:
      1) Why, despite sounding spiritual, that article left you feeling annoyed (as it did me)
      2) That you are far from alone in feeling that!

God Bless (once again) : )
